The restaurant at 4059 N. Loop 1604 West in San Antonio was VERY busy, but despite 2 employees not bothering to show up, the limited crew was working very hard to man all the stations, serve the customers, and get food out ASAP. They were courteous, thoughtful, and were working as hard as they could. Those employees should be commended and rewarded for that work, and the ones who didn't bother to show up should be canned immediately. I have no affiliation with any of the...

The custard was great, the fish sandwich not so much. The filet itself was good, but there was something off in regards to the cheese. It was gritty and unpleasant. After a few bites I decided to cut my losses. I tossed the sandwich in the garbage, grabbed my custard, and hit the road.
