Yesterday (1/22/2021) after a long school and work week I didn’t want to cook so my family & I decided to get Freebirds. My fiancé said “you can’t go wrong with Freebirds” but unfortunately you can.... the women doing our order (super short hair, the receipt says her name is Kyla) was EXTREMELY rude from THE MINUTE WE WALKED IN. Great customer service! Made me feel welcome! I was greeted at the door like a king. Very knowledgeable about the ingredients and not to mention the food is hot and fresh!! Good job 👏🏿
Good service, plenty of options, and good food. Only downside is the occasional long line, but that’s a good sign!
