Good food as always, but the tables were filthy, covered in food, papers, and trays that patrons decided not to throw away. Trash was overflowing. Bathrooms need attention as well. Super busy location, that needs some attentive employees.
Today was our first time at Freebirds and the worker, Pablo was SO NICE! He was welcoming and patient with us. Food was great but service was even better. We will definitely be back!
I've never been & wanted to try it out. When I walked in it was dead but the staff was busy filling to-go orders. The female who helped me was nice but looking at the food assembly line, it was a mess & none of it looked fresh. The chicken was all dried crumbles as was some of the rice. The taste of the food was ok. The chips & queso were probably the best-tasting item I got yesterday. I did stop by the restrooms before leaving & they weren't very clean....
