Freebirds World Burrito

Absolutely do not recommend this Freebirds location in Leon Springs. Every time we come here, the portions somehow get smaller and smaller. There are two employees in particular who barely put any toppings on your food, literally half scoops of everything. Then when you politely ask for a little more, they try to charge extra.

We've given this location multiple chances because it's convenient, but the experience never improves. On top of the tiny portions, the employees were rude and seemed annoyed whenever we asked questions or requested anything. Customer service is clearly not a priority here.

For the prices they're charging, customers shouldn't have to beg for a normal portion size. There are plenty of other places that actually appreciate their customers. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Alex, the general manager, was very friendly! He was very talkative, kind and helped us try different items and sauces. Some of the best customer service I’ve seen in awhile !!!

Good food and decent prices. The website is a mess and I could not customize my burrito order online and get $3 off a $15 order. When I told the employees they were clueless about the online deal and said they don’t know anything about the website. I tried to show them on my phone but the deal only sporadically shows up on their website

Great service, bland burritos. Be sure to add plenty of additional toppings, because the base rice, meat and beans have little flavor.

Location at 24200 west is the worst if you’re looking for service it’s not here. The young lady with blonde hair was literally giving my and my husband a hard time. She was throwing the food in the trays to the point where it missed the tray. My husband was so offended and I don’t think she should be working if she doesn’t like her job. It’s like she served us less food. On another occasion I witnessed her make fun of and laughed at two ladies as they walked out.

The food and workers here have always been above the rest. It’s a shame it seems like the workers have been working without AC for a while now. If it wasn’t for that I would give this place 5 stars.

This was, by far, the best Freebirds store I've been. If you can't relate, maybe you just caught them on a bad day. It happens, or I just caught on a lucky day, but it was Great. Food, customer service, atmosphere, clean facility, neat location. Just Fantastic.
