I was a little hesitant because of some of the past reviews, but I figured I would go and see for myself. The parking lot is a little crazy because of all the places to eat. The employees working were very friendly and helpful with my order for a cookie cake. They gave me the available options and answered all of my questions. The customer service was great.. but the cookies are extremely thin… it makes no sense to pay 2.20 per cookie especially if the quality is horrible..I’ve been to several American cookie stores this one has the worst cookies by far..

Had called first to place order but was not able to get threw. When I arrived Staff was able to put order in last min and take with me with no problem young man that helped me was very helpful mind you it was close to closing. Customer service was on spot not matter what time it was was able to make sure my order was done.
