Bartender was horrible. "I don't like to smile." Lana is in the wrong job!! She needs to be in the back of the house.
A welcoming smile is a part of every Bartender's uniform. She doesn't fit. I'd replace her IMMEDIATELY! SO SHOULD YOU, with THAT attitude.
