Pretty frustrating when arrived around noon. We waited inside to be seated like the sign requested but we were never greeted. So we chose a random table outside and another 20 min passed before were given menus. Finally we are ready to order, only to be told "sorry the pizza guy called off, no pizzas today", lmao like that's your one thing! We had kids and solely decided on this place cause we could eat pasta and the kids share spaghetti. Long story short. We got one appetizer and left, the ambience is nice, but serviced lacked and only had half of your menu available was frustrating to be told only once we were ready to order. Food for some reason taste less than when you receive awful service and that was the case this time around.

Overall a good meal and the food seems the same as the other location. I started with the house salad minus feta which is still one of the best salads I've ever tasted. It is pricy but delicious. Then we split the chicken wings which are a nice size. At our servers suggestion, we mixed the lemon pepper with buffalo for the sauce which was salty but excellent, perfect heat level for me. Next we split the tuna ceviche which was just ok for me, not enough pico on it. I wouldn't order again as it was bland imo. Looking forward to coming back to this location, much less crowded than the other location and food is just as good.

2nd time here and they did not disappoint the food was delcious...the Buffalo wings have some really spicy and tangy flavor to it. I enjoyed the wings pizza and Texas lasagna I recommend and will be returning soon.

We were told there was an hour wait, so we waited. As we waited we heard the hostess advised every customer coming in, there was an hour wait, so get there early. The whole restaurant is so filthy dirty, from the baseboard, to the walls... it didn't feel clean, tables and chairs had finger print and hand marks. I will not return due to not being clean.

We went today for a quick bite, and since nothing got out attention at pearl we decided to give Guillermo’s a try. my husband and I had the king nachos and some beers, while my son enjoyed his spaghettI and meatball. The nachos were huge and great! Our server was great, she was very attentive and gave us great ideas on what to do in SA for the few days we’re here. My son really liked the chill musics ambiance and we had a great time. We had a little chat the GM Christopher who was telling us all the cool stuff he’s bringing for the fall! Looking forward to Come back to this place if we’re ever back in town.

Food was Great! Atmosphere is nice. Was not packed at all for a Friday night but I'm sure once those Apts across the street are finished and filled. It will be getting more business for sure.

We were staying in an airbnb in the area and walked over to Guillermo's for dinner on a Friday night. The outside area has a decent vibe and has potential. The indoor area is pretty cramped. They have beer and wine on the menu. We ordered pasta and Caesar salad, chicken fettuccine Alfredo, and a pizza. The food was great! The salad was fresh and filling. The dressing is made in house and was very rich. The fettuccine Alfredo had a rich sauce and the noodles was cooked perfectly. The pizza was decent, but nothing to write home about. It seemed like the server forgot about us and took a while to get the check.

My first time to come here and it was far from full. Table next to us as we sat down were told they are out of Chardonnay, it was only 6 o’clock. We ordered a thin n crispy pizza and two Coors, took our waitress 15 minutes to let us know they do not serve Coors. Ordered Dos Xs draft, another 10 mins to be told they don’t have it on draft, but they do have bottles. We get those and ask on status of our pizza after 30 mins here. Said it would be out shortly. 15 mins later we are told by our waitress it was not even started by the chef. She leaves and manager comes over to let us know our pizza was torn in half in the oven and they’d be starting over. 15 mins later we receive a pizza with the toppings we ordered, but it is far from crusty as it is soggier than our water. Bad management, bad service and bad food!

After I landed from Argentina I was missing the classic empanadas that I had over there and I knew the place to go, Guillermo's! Brooo idk what they be putting in these empanadas but all I know is that the slappp hard! Especially when you down it with the green and orange salsita chef kiss! Guillermo's is a classic service is great ambiance is chill af! You stressed, you sad, you happy, you are anything you go to Guillermo's. Vibes immaculate! They are good at what they do anything you get is delicious! Some may saw it's too expensive you get what you pay for I pinky promise! Very shareable portions and high quality food. 10/10 thus far!

This is a hard review to write. Our experience was so very mixed. While the food was very good, our service was poor. When we arrived, we ordered and appetizer-which could be eaten with our hands. We noticed we had not been given silverware or napkins (even though those around us who were seated after us had been given utensils). We asked for silverware and ordered our entrees, all of which came with salads. When the salads came, we still did not have silverware. I got up to get some myself and was told they were all in the dishwasher. So, I returned to my seat and we picked at our salads with our hands and waited. Then, the entrees came out, still no silverware. Asked them to not bring out the entrees as we have not had forks to eat our salads yet. Finally, after 45 minutes, we got utensils to eat some really tasty food. But something was seriously off. I understand there is new management. I wish him all the best in fixing the restaurant's issues.
