Katerina is a fantastic addition to Stone Oak, bringing a touch of sophistication to San Antonio’s dining scene. The atmosphere is beautiful, the staff is warm and attentive, and the attention to detail truly stands out. The braised short rib was exceptional—tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. An absolutely delicious and memorable evening. Highly recommend!
While the atmosphere was nice, the evening got off to a disappointing start. Despite passing several open tables, we were taken to the far back and seated next to a loud party of about 30 people. I asked the hostess if she was aware we were celebrating a birthday and requested another table. She moved us, but the new spot was very open and cold. She said they don’t have special tables for birthdays. I wasn’t asking for a special table, just a more intimate place to celebrate.
