“The lady in the drive-thru was amazing she brightened my day just by talking to her. The food was delicious almost as if I got what you see in a commercial which you know never happens. So this is by far the best KFC in the city. Thank you all so much for making my lunch amazing!“

“I stopped by for lunch on Tuesday and discovered the Tuesday specials in the app. We ended up coming back for dinner today, and the food was delicious. The best KFC biscuits are at this location. They were so light and buttery. I don't remember KFC'S biscuits ever being this good before. The employees were very nice and helpful. I gobbled up my dinner before I remembered to take a Pic, but I will be back. I went through the drive-thru, so I'm not sure how clean it was inside, but I did notice handicap parking near the door, and the parking lot was clean. I highly recommend that blackberry lemonade and they have the best sides.“

“After having emergency gallbladder surgery right into the birth of my first child, I dont think I have ever been as tired and hungry as i was today. A fresh smashed bowl with piping hot fries was almost enough to make me cry. This location has become my go-to fast food place because its all I was able to eat when very sick with gallbladder issues. Today I really needed good food and quick service and got both in great quantities.“

“After a rough day, stopped here to get food for the family. The general manager and the assistant manager, Jennifer were more than helpful wonderful kind and quick. It was fun to sit there and watch and enjoy watching them all working in tandem. Working both the front counter and the drive-through I was very impressed.“

“What's this little thing? I spent over $15 for a 4 piece chicken. This tiny size should NOT count as 1 of the 4 pieces. They might as well had added it to someone else's order as an extra crumb. I'm not happy. I feel duped and gypped.“

“This is a much safer place to spend money. The Citgo stole $288.67 from my card when I stopped to get a coffee and a snack after leaving Church. The owner told me to bring in the receipt for $288.67 for my refund. I was explaining to him that thieves do not give out receipts, but he hung up before I could finish my sentence. I think there is a language barrier. It would have been nice if he had left enough on my EBT for coffee. Maybe next month I will drink coffee.“

“Love the chicken pot pie with a side of coleslaw and the recipes for both are still the same...food came quickly and pot pie was fresh and hot with the perfect balance of veggies and gravy and meat and that flaky crust..I do not eat Traders Joe overpriced junk food.
We stop at the KFC right before Traders Joe Flea Market and dine here“

“Stopped to eat something really quick because I have a 30 minute break. They were busy! Lots of people waiting for orders to go, but this team was hustling! So when the young lady took my order, she asked the manager if it could be done. The manager said yes and immediately worked on it! I ate the Famous Bowl. Wanted something that I could eat quickly.

You guys got all your orders out in such a short period of time! I’m impressed! AND you got my food out just as fast! THANK YOU AND KEEP UP THE GREAT TEAM WORK!“

“Pulled up through drive thru and got the most nicest, polite service from Paully, at least that’s what my receipt says. It’s nice to see that there are still very few fast food workers who do have respect. The food was nice & hot also so that is a big plus! I will be visiting again.“

“A Number of years ago, made pics of KFC/Taco Bell at this location. Now actually living 2 miles away on Thousand Oaks. Facility inside was clean and nicely designed. Always liked KFC until they varied from Colonel Sanders original recipe, combined chicken facilities with Mexican food, & experimented with boneless chicken. Their oven baked chicken is good. For $8.39, I ordered a two piece combo with cold slaw. Biscuit, and drink. With rising prices it is still a good value.“

“This place was wack, then I believe something changed, maybe a new management and workers, and now it is literally magical, probably them best fried chicken I have EVER had, great deals, and guess what, no gasses, bad smell, greasy and oil dropping food, and NO STOMACH ACHE!!!! literally the first ever fried chicken place to not give me any of these problems, I was actually surprised. Super clean inside, fast prepared, and super nice workers, I hope they keep it that way, and for now I am lucky to live close to them.“

“Their pot pies are always a hit. I like their mini cherry desserts, so good when fresh. I like their strips more than their bone in chicken, never as crunchy as I'd like. The service is usually not the greatest. One bad review I have was my last visit. I asked for 2 pot pies, wait time was 13 min, not bad. They unded up charging me 3 pot pies and only gave me 2 smh! I called up there but they hung up on me. I called a couple days later and got some run around do I just said forget it and hung up. Check y'alls bags and receipts before leaving“

“It was the fastest service I had in my whole life... I just finished paying for my meal, and the guy in the kitchen brings my food with a big smile, wishing me to enjoy my food and have a nice day. “It had been a long time since I’ve been inside a KFC store as I usually get them via Uber Eats or DoorDash, this time I had decided to dine in at this location and I love how they remodeled the restaurant and even have kiosks to make your order. I got the four piece tenders and waffles plus an individual macaroni and cheese, an individual mashed potatoes and an extra crispy chicken breast and everything was delicious. It wasn’t bland or over-seasoned either. I was very impressed with the quality of the food and the cleanliness of the restaurant. I was pleased with the experience.“

update: so i came back a second time to make sure it wasn't a fluke, and sure enough the original recipe was made exactly how it's supposed to be made, tender meat and and perfect breading not dried out. the other locations could learn a thing or two from this place. no super fancy lobbies and gimmicks, just chicken. made right.“
