KFC offers excellent service and food. The staff works together to get orders out quickly, and some meals are available at affordable prices, such as the 2 pc dark with mash for $4.99. However, some customers have had negative experiences with certain staff members, including one who was rude and unhelpful. On the other hand, some staff members, like Anita, are kind, professional, and easy to deal with, making customers feel at home.
