I had been a long time since we had been to this KFC, and now I remember why.The chicken was way over cooked, the outside was dark brown bordering on black.There was a pool of grease in the bottom of the box, like it had not been drained off, strait from the fryer to the box.Not impressed with this location, will not be back here.

Worst KFC I've known. It's the getto place of northern 1604! Atmosphere is dirty and makes you feel like you're in the hood. Drive-thru staff is rude and asked me if I'm in Bill Miller's. Chicken taste like it's been reheated for days! Will not come here again!!!

Waited 6 minutes to order, waited 30 minutes for the KFC 5 PC big box tenders. Manager is nice enough to let me know after my purchase that there were 7 orders ahead of me in the drive thru. The Taco Bell orders are coming out quick. No one is hustling to make the orders except the manager. I will not be back to this location. The same goes for the Thousand Oaks location. Their service is not what it used to be!

This KFC must just not care anymore, serving bad or previous day’s leftover chicken that tasted awful the last three times I’ve picked some up & had to throw away, but Nooo more
First time ordering from this location. I made a huge family order worth about $70. When I arrived, the had no more white meat. I told them I would wait for them to make some more and that it wasn’t a problem. It took this location about 25 minutes to make more white meat chicken to complete the order. When I got home, I was missing one of two orders of chicken nuggets. I tried calling to get a refund for one of the chicken nugget orders and no one answers the phone. I just want a refund for the part of my missing order. Order #71165989

I am paying for a chicken sandwich basically over-fried or not fresh since yesterday something that you cannot even bite! I wish i was there at the restaurant to show it to a manager and get my money back! Will never go there again!

This was my family & I first time visiting this location. We traveled from Dallas and enjoyed this experience. Mr. Daniel welcomed us VERY professionally, with a warm smile a great sense of humor and explained the menu to us very well. The food was hot and fresh and prices were great.
