Horrible on everything I got and overpriced not worth it the Barbacoa was very Dry and reheated and tamales where reheated several times because they would break after picking them up and no flavor whatsoever menudo was bad reheated and chewy never again

I went to the store to place a new order for tortillas this morning since the store staff sold me some tortillas with a different size than the ones displayed in their display case and when I wanted to exchange them for another size they didn't give me an option and called me a liar. I was going to place a large order once we agreed on the size I needed. The truth is I didn't want to argue. At the end, I am the customer or at least I pretended to be one, The tortillas aren't bad but there are better ones in San Antonio. As a business owner, I know that there is no such thing as an extra customer, so I'm just letting you know that you lost a high potential customer.

Way too greasy. Their barbacoa is usually great but Today their line was long & maybe they were in a rush to serve? The barbacoa was GREASY AS HECK & not even enjoyable. With just 1 taco I now have an upset stomach & bad reflux. Will just be going to Rio’s

This was my first time purchasing tamales at your location, I want to say that the tamales are excelente. I highly recomend them.
So we normally get our tortillas from La Luz Tortilla Factory and they have good barbacoa as well. We decided to try the tamales from their today. The meat had a great flavor. The masa was not thick and the Avocado cream salsa is so delicious. We also got this cute coffee cup as well. You can follow them on TikTok & Instagram they are always making cute post to. It's great to support local businesses.

Was visiting San Antonio for the weekend and was looking for some really good menudo and barbacoa so I came across La Luz Tortilla Factory, they had really good reviews. I was visiting from Houston and back home we have really good menudo so I was expecting something better but that was not the case. I ordered a large menudo and a taco de barbacoa. The menudo was very greasy and the meat was in large chunks and, the soup was very dark and not red. The flavor was really bad. We had to pay for tortillas which normally comes with menudo. We got lemons instead of limes, we got very little onion and no cilantro. This place was not what I expected so if you’re looking for some good menudo this is not the place. I will not be back!
