Great bakery, authentic mexican sweet treats unlike some other places around. Dough is all melt-in-your mouth soft for bread/donuts, and cakes / pastries were also fantastic. Colorful building, colorful pastries - skip the tourist traps and go here, just a few minutes out of your way.
Delicious pan dulce! Friendly customer service , and there’s amazing murals surrounding the area! Definitely recommend una concha rosita and taking a picture with the pay phone across the street!

Excellent traditional Latin bakery. I'm from around the area and have always loved the great value bakery spots such as La Popular. There's a certain nostalgia for bakeries like these in my heart. There is no indoor seating, it's more of a grab'n-pay'n-go type of spot. Nevertheless it's still a welcoming bakery and was very easy to order and pay.
