Ordered a pizza and a crazy bread at 6 pm on a Wednesday. Took an hour for it to be done, but the order was honest and forecasted that long of a wait time. Got there, picked up via the pizza portal, but still had to ask for sauces. Crazy sauce cup was only half full--guessing someone didn't want to make more and skimped on the serving. Docked a star for that.
Was told to wait 10-15 minutes for a deep dish pizza which was fine, but then our order got "lost" after 25 minutes of waiting was told it would only be 10 more minutes and they offered some cheesy bread. But when we got home our pizza was super doughy and gross. :(
