I love pizza
I just mainly don't like their app. It doesn't use your current location and doesn't verify the location your shopping at. It goes by the last place u ordered from. And it's impossible to get anyone on the phone to help you with app issues. You call the stores and they tell u you have to call customer service for the app which I have tried many times and never got anyone. Employees go above and beyond to be helpful, such as helping bring 19 hot and ready pizzas to a car, and their willingness to accommodate keeps customers coming back.
However, other reviews mention issues. One customer ordered a pepperoni and Italian sausage pizza online but had to wait 30 extra minutes because the order was forgotten, and the pizza was wrong, containing only Italian sausage. Another was disappointed with a long wait for a pepperoni and mushrooms pizza that had not a lot of sauce and mushrooms that looked like they didn't even go through the oven. A different customer ordered the mostest pepperoni with added mushroom and black olive but was charged an extra $7.00 for the two veggies without being told the price beforehand.
