I watched Texas Eats when they reviewed this restaurant showing the fried chicken, smothered meatloaf & smothered steak. Wanted to visit because the smothered steak sounded good. Just forget what you're planning for lunch and get over here. I randomly passed this place while running errands on a very hungry stomach and, let me tell you, this is a hit! The fried chicken wowed me from the very first bite, the cornbread is good, the rice woth gravy was fantastic, and the Mac and cheese was everything I expected.
