Nghia Inc in NW San Antonio is a hidden gem with bomb food and wonderful service. The lemon chicken with fried rice and crabmeat Rangoon was hot and tasty, while the chicken vegetables with steamed rice and a spring roll were velvety and crisp. The portions were generous, and the flavors were great. The hot and sour soup and king pao chicken were delicious. The restaurant was not very busy, and the bathrooms were clean. Overall, the food was top-notch, and the service was excellent, making it the best Asian restaurant in the area.
