Noodle Hut

Food is pretty good. So far I’ve tried the wontons, kimchi fried rice, shrimp fried rice, and tonkatsu ramen. All beautifully cooked!It’s never really that busy when I go which is so nice. They also had Asian variety drinks, ramen, and snacks upon checkout.However, I’m rating 3 stars because I did see a staff member (looked like back of the house?) in the restroom with their apron still on. Might give this place another try however our visit wasn't ideal. The atmosphere wasn't really inviting and was dim. The only interaction with service was by ordering the food.The tonkatsu was visually unappealing and lacked flavour outside of salt. Was a bit disappointing considering that pork could have provided a ton of flavour.

Went with my wife and arrived at 7:50 PM. When we ordered we were told the dining room closed at 8:30 and we would have to leave at that time. Kind of strange for a restaurant to do that. I ordered the red pork and wonton for the appetizer. The food came out relatively quickly.My wife’s noodles came out great and she thorough enjoyed her meal. Her food filled her up.
