“I did not go to Panda Express because the toilets were staging a full rebellion. Nothing says authentic dining adventure like plumbing drama before the orange chicken.
From what I saw through the window, the food looked ready for greatness while the restroom looked ready for a plumber with battle experience. The smell outside was doing its own interpretation of “Kung Pao.”
Five stars for honesty, effort, and the unforgettable experience of deciding to eat somewhere else.“
“If you are looking for a fast in and out food to take home, I would stop here. I stop here in the evenings and there's usually no waiting to order. Just expect some items not being available or you could wait a few minutes for what you want.“
“I had a mix-up with my order (they did not give me an entree), but Panda Express made it right by replacing the meal the next time I came in—no hassle at all. I really appreciate that kind of customer service. The staff has always been polite, and I feel the portion sizes are fair for the price. Overall, a solid spot.“
“We stopped by Panda Express yesterday, and even though it was pretty busy, the experience was great thanks to the exceptional service we received. I believe our server’s name was Kaitlyn, and she absolutely made the visit memorable. She handled the rush with a great attitude, moving quickly while still making each customer feel acknowledged and appreciated.
I ordered the bigger plate with half super greens and half chow mein, along with double shrimp and some chicken. The portion sizes were generous, and everything was fresh and delicious. Kaitlyn made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it and provided excellent customer service from start to finish.
It’s rare these days to come across someone who brings such positive energy, especially during a busy shift. Kaitlyn really went above and beyond, and because of her, we will definitely be coming back the next time we get that Panda Express craving. Thank you, Kaitlyn! You made our day.“

“I was having a terrible day today, I experienced a loss and it has been a very terrible day, I usually get panda express because its amongst my favorite foods to try and be a little better i guess… told staff about my bad day and i almost fell in tears when i got home and saw this written on the back of a receipt/ paper . “We came in almost closing one of the employees said they were closed but the manager came to the door and said for us to come in I understand I work in the industry but my wife is 8 months pregnant and this made our day she treated us so nice and everything was made fresh she deserves props cause she gots ours we will be back sry I didn't catch your name“
“I mean how can you go wrong with panda express. It’s your average Chinese food meal. I really enjoy the noodles and the fried rice in the orange chicken and everything in between. Most people go here and usually just get a bowl but I like getting the to go orders so if you’re just here for a quick meal then the bowl is perfect but I recommend the shrimp or the teriyaki and I usually change between those two with also orange again because it’s just perfect.“
“I don't usually write a review anywhere I go, but after what I saw tonight I know I had to.
I placed a mobile order for 8:30 tonight and when I arrived the place was packed and the crew was criminally understaffed, a tale all too common in the works of fast food.
As I approached the "online order" line I noticed a woman berating one of the employees about the wait for food that she specifically requested to be made fresh which, duh, of course it'll take longer. However, in the absence of this woman understanding this simple fact she instead chose to be as rude as possible on this random Sunday evening.
The main reason for writing this review is that when the woman received the food, it was given to her by an employee named Edith (I hope I remembered that right). I'm assuming that she is the Shift Lead/manager and she handled that situation excellently. From her calm manner and de-escalation tactics used, she did everything humanely possible to satisfy this woman who, by now, seems to get her kicks making others feel small. Edith, however, stood up to the bully that this woman was in a calm, rational manner. Hell, this bully, as she was leaving, couldn't stop herself to get one or two more quips in to one of the employees taking a break, just truly awful behavior from a patron, let alone someone in society. After she left, Edith and the crew deliciously and expeditiously made and finished our orders, to the relief of myself and everyone else, so thanks guys!
General Managers/Corporate usually never see a third-party viewpoint so I thought that it'd be important to tell the truth. Furthermore, Edith and the rest of the crew should see raises based on their excellent work ethic.
10/10 would recommend again“

Had a great experience at Panda Express thanks to Jocelyn and her amazing team! From the moment we walked in, everyone was super friendly and welcoming—it really made a difference.
The food was hot, fresh, and tasted great. You could tell the cooks were locked in and working hard—everything was running like clockwork. Even with a long line at the drive-thru, it was moving fast, and the whole place felt well-managed and on point.
Shoutout to Jocelyn and the crew for the awesome service. Abby (Manager) was great as well! They were just as friendly when we walked out as when we came in. Great job all around—we’ll definitely be back!“

They guy serving (didn't get his name😔) was so polite and gave my family a respectful amount of food.
I was kinda in awe because I always go to Babcock and warzbach location and I always feel they under serve.
So just a major plus in my book with the amount.
Now the taste was so good. The cooks we smiling at me and overall probably having a good day because I could taste the love in the food. So delicious 😋

“Ms. Rachel made my experience far better than what I thought. Instead of sticking to the “script” and arguing with me she heard me out. Listened to how I ordered my order online as ASAP but received an email saying my order would be ready in almost 3 HOURS. My brother has a terminal disease which comes with many health complications. Today was his communion and he was unable to enjoy the food with the rest of his friends due to unbearable pain (he’s getting hip surgery next month). If it wasn’t for Ms. Rachel’s professionalism and empathy my little brother and his guests would’ve stayed waiting 3 hours. Thank you Ms.Rachel for making my brother happy, Panda Express orange chicken is his favorite 🫶“
“Each and every employee here at the Stone Ridge Market location are super kind. They always have a great attitude and a warm welcome. The food is delish and the perfect temp.
Our favs are: black pepper chicken, orange chicken, and of course, fresh egg rolls. (which they will happily make upon request).

“The food once we got it was good, like every other time we have gone to a Panda. However it was pretty busy & they were waiting on items to be cooked. Not sure how a restaurant runs out of main ingredients & it is not closing time. We had to wait for vegetables along with a couple of people before us & then had to wait on the walnut shrimp...then still got charged the extra for the shrimp. Ok no biggie on that 🙃“
“Went thru the drive thru and first they forgot to give me my drink then after I left I got to my location to eat and the egg rolls were kinda dark tasted a piece and it tasted like it had been reheated and reheated way to much. Went back to restaurant and they gave me fresh ones but it should not have happened. On the drink I had to get off after I got food to go get a drink. I went thru drive thru so I didn't have to get off that was the whole point.“
“Really nice experience at this restaurant! I was really hungry when I arrived and the manager, cashier, and cook were all taking care of things in unison with a fun and friendly vibe too! “I forgot to leave a review! So last month my hubby and I decided to give this location a try. The restaurant is small but kept very clean. The staff are professional and nice.
The food was actually delicious compared to other locations. To my hubby and family, this location is the best so far.
We got the 3 meat and one side.
The food was nice and hot. Nothing was overcooked or undercooked. The dish items had great flavor. It all tasted fresh.
The only thing we didn't care for was the egg roll. That actually didn't have a good flavor and tasted like they had been sitting there for awhile.“
