“I wanna shout out to the fire fighter that paid for my meal this particular evening. I came to this restaurant this evening with my little one and my forgetful self forgot my wallet in my vehicle. I literally went outside to grab it and by the time I came back inside the employees told me that he had como my meal. I was completely surprised as I did not expect for that to happen. Sometimes small thing can make a big difference in life, so once again I thank you my kind sir we are highly appreciative of your kindness.“

“I accidentally made the wrong order to the wrong store. I still bought food from the restaurant just at another location. I spoke to a girl named Evelyn and she could not have been nicer! She helped me through the situation got me my refund and helped me through everything. I was so pleased with she handled the situation. Very professional and kind. By far my favorite Panda Express location. Will be grabbing some lunch from this location very soon!“
“I mean how can you go wrong with panda express. It’s your average Chinese food meal. I really enjoy the noodles and the fried rice in the orange chicken and everything in between. Most people go here and usually just get a bowl but I like getting the to go orders so if you’re just here for a quick meal then the bowl is perfect but I recommend the shrimp or the teriyaki and I usually change between those two with also orange again because it’s just perfect.“
“I don't usually write a review anywhere I go, but after what I saw tonight I know I had to.
I placed a mobile order for 8:30 tonight and when I arrived the place was packed and the crew was criminally understaffed, a tale all too common in the works of fast food.
As I approached the "online order" line I noticed a woman berating one of the employees about the wait for food that she specifically requested to be made fresh which, duh, of course it'll take longer. However, in the absence of this woman understanding this simple fact she instead chose to be as rude as possible on this random Sunday evening.
The main reason for writing this review is that when the woman received the food, it was given to her by an employee named Edith (I hope I remembered that right). I'm assuming that she is the Shift Lead/manager and she handled that situation excellently. From her calm manner and de-escalation tactics used, she did everything humanely possible to satisfy this woman who, by now, seems to get her kicks making others feel small. Edith, however, stood up to the bully that this woman was in a calm, rational manner. Hell, this bully, as she was leaving, couldn't stop herself to get one or two more quips in to one of the employees taking a break, just truly awful behavior from a patron, let alone someone in society. After she left, Edith and the crew deliciously and expeditiously made and finished our orders, to the relief of myself and everyone else, so thanks guys!
General Managers/Corporate usually never see a third-party viewpoint so I thought that it'd be important to tell the truth. Furthermore, Edith and the rest of the crew should see raises based on their excellent work ethic.

“Went through the drive thru, picked up my order drove off but something told me to check my food. The order was wrong. Turned around went back through and spoke with Angelic H in the drive thru. She was extremely nice and professional and gave me the correct order. It was very busy inside and she took the time to make sure the order was correct the second time around.“
“Good place good food. Not authentic at all like for example there is no apple pie roll in China, that is not chinese food. its at this point an american resturant now, like some of the food there is not at all what you would find in China or any china authentic cuisine.“

A challenge I have is that they never seem to keep up with their mushroom chicken. 3 times I've been there that I've had to wait for the dish to be cooked.Also, I usually go through the drive thru, but one day, I went inside. They was no one in line. I wasn't too happy as all the focus was on the drive thru line. The staff saw me standing there and never acknowledged me or told me they'd be right with me.“
“I placed my order online. The staff was very friendly and polite, doing what they could. The place is dirty outside and inside it looks dirty, neglected and old. I understand that it's not the employees. They do what they can with what they have. The same thing happens at Taco Palenque, taco cabana, wathaburger, and most restaurants, very dirty and full of grease, car oil, etc. It's a call to the managers and owners. Cleaning will give them presence and sales. The bad thing is that they settle and don't give more... so that it ends up getting dirty. Don't customers deserve more?“
“I hadn't had Panda in a long time but it was everything. The half and half, orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp did not disappoint. The chicken could have been bigger but I won't complain. It was enough for me to eat in one sitting. I thought of getting three but I felt like they may skimp on one. I was too hungry to try it but will try it next time.“

“I prefer this location than any other location. The workers seems happy to be at work and maintain a professional attitude through out their service. The food is like a time warp back to the time when the food chain was barely started. Its always hot and delicious. Portions are not skimmed and the flavors are bursting with flavor. This could have been lower than five stars overall but I do end up giving them the five stars because of their patience and respect and giving me what is deserved for my time and inconvenience between doordash and Panda Express on my previous online delivery order!
I had a terrible experience at first, due to order being exchanged or given to the doordasher incorrectly on discussing with doordash and discussing with management of panda express. They were patient they listen to discuss the situation and unfortunate events although it came out well deserved and appreciated that my food was refunded and remade thank you very much! Not all circumstances will come out with its outcome is not guaranteed but for my situation it's what is expected and thank you again!!!“
“Our overall experience was wonderful, our food fell, due to an accident, and they were very nice about it, and replaced our whole order with no hesitation. Tyler and Andrew were extremely amazing, kind, courteous. Thank you Tyler and Andrew for being very patient with us. This is what customer service is all about.

“If you are looking for a fast in and out food to take home, I would stop here. I stop here in the evenings and there's usually no waiting to order. Just expect some items not being available or you could wait a few minutes for what you want.“
