Ms. Rachel made my experience far better than what I thought. Instead of sticking to the “script” and arguing with me she heard me out. Listened to how I ordered my order online as ASAP but received an email saying my order would be ready in almost 3 HOURS. My brother has a terminal disease which comes with many health complications. Today was his communion and he was unable to enjoy the food with the rest of his friends due to unbearable pain (he’s getting hip surgery next...

This was my second time going to a Panda Express. First time I didn't like it, but I had a friend who introduced me to the walnut shrimp, and I like it. So definitely will be going back
