“I always stop in at the Panera whenever I'm on the road or at home. I always receive very quick and efficient service. We usually just get a drink or two, but we plan on trying meals there now along with their pastries because they always look so good.“
“This is my Sip Club Panera of choice. Staff is always friendly, facility is always clean, and the drinks are rarely out. The salads are top notch. Kind of a hidden gem due to the trees blocking the sign but just turn at the Pet Smart sign.

“Came here with my wife but didn't quite make the breakfast deadline. But let me tell you, if the lunch is that good...we will definitely return for breakfast soon. Before any other words are written, let me please acknowledge Nancy at the front counter for being that extra special employee! Super helpful, professional, courteous, patient and very informative about the menu as we are still new to Panera! The ordering was quick and easy at the kiosks. Food was served just the way we wanted it. Seating was comfortable and spacious. We look forward to returning and enjoying some more great food items soon!“
“It's been quite a few years since we've been to a Panera...the prices gave us a bit of a shock, and they were out of the bread stated for the sandwich I ordered, but it was still delicious. I mean how does a bakery run out of the bread THEY state a sandwich is served on? Seriously, how? You make the bread! Honestly, as good as it was, I doubt that at those prices, we'll be back for a long time. We can get great sandwiches elsewhere for much less.“

“I came into Panera at 8:13 PM with my daughter. They close at 9 PM, but we were still welcomed warmly. We ordered from the self-serve tablets super easy and convenient and picked up our food in less than six minutes.
What stood out the most, though, was the exceptional customer service. At 8:42 PM, a group of five women walked in. I watched as Eden Garcia, who was working at the counter, greeted them with a genuine smile and incredible energy like the store had just opened, not like it was winding down for the night.
Even though it was close to closing time, she patiently walked them through the menu, answered questions about salads, and kept her positive attitude the entire time. All five of them completed their orders by 8:49 PM, and Eden never rushed them once. Her professionalism, grace, and joy in serving others truly stood out.
I actually went up to her to applaud her and thank her for such amazing service. Employees like Eden make the dining experience memorable. She deserves recognition for how beautifully she handled every interaction.“
“I had not been to Panera in many years, I had heard mixed reviews from people , I had to go and see for myself, I loved the new look, the way you order, the way it’s prepared, fresh and the wonderful staff .
The only thing I would change is the lighting, it was too bright for me.

“This store is, far and away, the best maintained facility that I have ever encountered in the Panera system. The service counter, the self-serve island, the dining room, and the restroom were impeccable. After 30 years of patronizing locations across the country, I have found that both corporate and franchise stores are grossly lax in their cleanliness, which is especially evident in the foul, dingy, worn, rusted, crusted, putrid, and universally nasty restrooms. My visit to this store was such a fresh and notable contrast. I introduced myself to the GM, affirmed him in no uncertain terms, and promised a positive review. The praise is well-deserved. It's too bad the Panera brand as a whole falls so woefully short of excellence.“
