“I happen to be a huge fan of Panera bread and a highly influential 40 year old man so I’ll tell ya like it is, this place is great! I got a sippy cup rewards deal for $5.41 per month for the next three months so I now have unlimited Panera drinks. The cashier is named Serenity and she is a beautiful soul and wonderful person. She’s gonna do great things in life. However I would not recommend the Cheesecake brownie bites as they are drastically overpriced at $2 per brownie bite or 3 for $5. Back in the day that was the going rate for Valium on the streets and these brownie bites do not provide anything near the same relief from this cruel world . I also got a $6 yogurt parfait the last time I come thru this bish and it was also incredibly underwhelming and overpriced. This worlds going to hell in a handbasket quick people so best I can tell ya is enjoy the ride and don’t kick up a fuss because we gotta love it while it lasts. Come through for great atmosphere and friendly staff and slightly overpriced food that’s healthier than a burger and fries“
“I don’t understand the low reviews, because every time I visit this Panera, the experience is consistently excellent. The food is fresh, the restaurant clean, and the staff friendly.
The manager Robert deserves recognition he runs the place with genuine care and professionalism. He’s attentive, kind, and always willing to help, which truly makes a difference. You can tell he takes pride in making sure guests have a great visit.
Honestly, if you’re hesitant because of a few negative reviews, don’t be. My experiences here have been nothing but positive, and I’ll keep coming back“
“My family just moved to the area and we have loved our experience with the Stone Oak Panera Bread. I have a Sips Club membership so I stop by often. Their staff is always friendly and the food is consistently made to order and delicious. I highly recommend stopping by.“
“The sandwiches are made fresh. The soup in the bread bowls are just the right amount. We've tried the tomato soup, French onion soup and the broccoli and cheese soup. The Caprese sandwich is delicious. Even their many lists of sweets are the perfect ending to a great meal.“

“Trace and Cassie are AMAZING! My husband was in the hospital all day today and I ordered Uber Eats for the two of us and our kiddo to make life easier - but half the order was missing. I called, and Cassie and Trace pulled it together to not only get the food delivered to us quickly but with kindness and thoughtfulness on their part. “I had not been to Panera in many years, I had heard mixed reviews from people , I had to go and see for myself, I loved the new look, the way you order, the way it’s prepared, fresh and the wonderful staff .
The only thing I would change is the lighting, it was too bright for me.

“I came into Panera at 8:13 PM with my daughter. They close at 9 PM, but we were still welcomed warmly. We ordered from the self-serve tablets super easy and convenient and picked up our food in less than six minutes.
What stood out the most, though, was the exceptional customer service. At 8:42 PM, a group of five women walked in. I watched as Eden Garcia, who was working at the counter, greeted them with a genuine smile and incredible energy like the store had just opened, not like it was winding down for the night.
Even though it was close to closing time, she patiently walked them through the menu, answered questions about salads, and kept her positive attitude the entire time. All five of them completed their orders by 8:49 PM, and Eden never rushed them once. Her professionalism, grace, and joy in serving others truly stood out.
I actually went up to her to applaud her and thank her for such amazing service. Employees like Eden make the dining experience memorable. She deserves recognition for how beautifully she handled every interaction.“
“This store is, far and away, the best maintained facility that I have ever encountered in the Panera system. The service counter, the self-serve island, the dining room, and the restroom were impeccable. After 30 years of patronizing locations across the country, I have found that both corporate and franchise stores are grossly lax in their cleanliness, which is especially evident in the foul, dingy, worn, rusted, crusted, putrid, and universally nasty restrooms. My visit to this store was such a fresh and notable contrast. I introduced myself to the GM, affirmed him in no uncertain terms, and promised a positive review. The praise is well-deserved. It's too bad the Panera brand as a whole falls so woefully short of excellence.“
