My order came out late, and did not come up on the monitor for monitoringthe progress.. Multiple tables were dirty both inside and outside. The chicken noodle soup was good.
Philly cheesecake was Good, although the bread could have been a little softer.
John Perez aka Honey Bear 🐻 gave us an exceptional customer service experience. From his greetings to assistance with the kiosk system, he ensured we were well cared for. I wish all managers were this hands on. Give that man a raise Panera!
