I miss what Panera used to be - great food for a realistic price. Now I paid $17 for a latte and a sandwich which was a long loaf of bread, with 3 thin pieces of cheese and some pesto. Considering I got it to go, it would have been a nice touch if this was cut into halves or thirds - it was next to impossible to eat this. The store was well located and well designed, the food just isn't the quality it used to be.
I went there on a lunch date with my husband. The front cashier was very nice. Our order came out quite cold. My broccoli soup was a tad warm, and my everything bagle was cold even though I asked for it toasted. My husband's order with the pick 2 was the same. Soup a tad warm except the cold sandwich. It was good. The atmosphere was nice and quiet.. except for some early morning pick-ups, not very happy with their orders because they were being loud about it. I can't blame them....read full review

They make it really difficult to use unlimited sips at this location, you have to ask for a cup but either no one is there to ask or there is a line of people who are ordering food. Food quality is also sub par and quite sloppy to be honest.
