Ordered online...waited a hour still no pizza. Called and they said it was for carryout. They changed it for Delivery. I asked for a new pizza and knots after it sitting. They sent me the old knots and pizza! Cold... 2 hungry crying kids. Called to have the MGR ERICA very rude! Told me to get my money from the driver and my order will be canceled! What??? I just wanted a new pizza! Very disappointed in this service and quality today!
Actually when my pizza was delivered it was smushed to the side. Totally not edible. I called and spoke to the manager Barry and he had the replacement sent out with dessert in 15 minutes. The second pizza was yummy and he was very nice and professional. Kudos to Barry he saved my review of Papa Johns tonight.
