“It's worth visiting! This place was recommended to me on social media and it did not disappoint. The food was quick and tasted like it was freshly made. The cook visited us to ask how it was. And the waitress was very attentive.I recommend the chicha morada, the fried calamari, the lomo saltado, and the chicken noodles saltado.“
“We headed to @rocotosgrill for lunch today. There were 2 tables of Spanish-speaking families, so it was promising.Dad had Mango Juice (a very tall drink), Hubby had Topo Chico, and I had the well-made Pisco Sour Passion Fruit. We started off with Ceviche de Pescado (fish). I liked this dish but hubby felt it was too vinegary. We shared the 1/4 Pollo a la Brasa (rotisserie chicken), Tamales, and Aji de Gallina (creamed shredded chicken). The Peruvian food was authentic, but on the salty side. The best was the ending with the Alfajores, which is a Peruvian shortbread with dulce de leche. If I wasn't so full, I would've eaten 5 more.“
“Amazing time dining with Chef Waldo. The food and service were fantastic. It was our first time trying Peruvian cuisine and as such ordered the chef’s choice. Hidden gem is an understatement. If you want a place to eat good food with great company, this is the spot. Can’t wait to go back!I recommend bringing cash in case the system is down!“
“As always, teh food at Botika was outstanding! Their menu has a variety of great dishes and sushi! The location at the Pearl in San Antonio could not be better, facing Hotel Emma! The service always very good! The have a very good variaty of beer, wine, and liquor. Can't wait to be back!“
“My wife and I traveled from Austin specifically for this restaurant, hearing great things about it. We were not disappointed, the ceviche was excellent. I ordered the short ribs as well and the taste was on point. The pisco sours were tasty and service is very attentive. Although everything was wonderful, the portions of food were small and unfortunately we left still hungry.“
