Consistently understaffed! Tonight, there was one young man taking all orders and trying to train a new employee, with one Cook. There was a long line both in the drive-through and inside, he was the only one taking orders. The new employee was helping him fulfill orders, but was slow and filling orders incorrectly. It had been a while and Fried Chicken was in order. The parking lot was full and drive through was working to get our order ready. Mac and cheese was delayed so they offered extra of another side. The 12 piece chicken meal was well cooked. A good option and fresh if your up for the wait.
I order the weekly Tuesday special around 6 or 7pm. The employees can usually turn my order around within a few minutes with good accuracy, though I recommend being specific about potential substitutions, ie. "You can give me spicy instead of classic, but no white meat substitutions, please."
