We really enjoyed our sandwiches. The bread is extra special, not so thick. The wait staff were very capable and friendly. Nice atmosphere and great prices.

Based on the reviews, Potbelly is a toasted sandwich shop. The meat in each sandwich was not as plentiful as in other similar places, and the meatball sub was skimpy on the size of meatballs and sauce. For some, it is a better value than Schlotzkys and Firehouse, and a good place for a quick bite.
