I ordered a box combo with no toast extra fries, i got no coleslaw and no toast just fries and chicken, the drink also tasted funny like it had no carbonation or they mixed the drink, this is the third time i’ve gone and something was wrong, staff isn’t great either, they always talk to eachother and ignore you and are rude or just don’t acknowledge you

I enjoy Cane's, it's relatively dependable. My only concern is that you have to recook the food if you take it home (gests soggy quick). But if you eat it in the restaurant or after a few minutes in an airfryer it can't be beat for takeout.
