I ordered catering for my staff to show my appreciation. I had a large order and it was ready right on time and the food was nice and hot. They even offered to help take the order to my car. Awesome service!

Absolutely disappointed once again with this canes! I ordered my food extra crispy all the way and again it was not even extra crispy anything! Bland fries with no where near what canes standards are for fries, I see no salt crystals! Then we get to the drive thru second window where the young lady has no customer service, no smile, no welcoming attitude, and can’t even say hello! I made a complaint to a shift manager who didn’t really offer any kind of understanding or apology. Unfortunate that this is what canes stands are now when they used to be great! Will not return to this canes again and for everyone else I suggest avoid the drive thru because they never seem to have staff that cares in it!
