Okay….. first of all Edward was amazing. Friendly and knowledgeable about the food with recommendations. EVERYTHING was good! Watermelon Ranch Water to chips and salsa. Mole, sopa de tortilla and fajitas. We then ordered chocolate flan and sopapillas! Dear Lord, Thinking I may have to Uber back to the hotel!!!!!
We had lunch here yesterday. My mother ordered the flauta plate and it was impossible to get past the taste of charred. They both had charred markings on the bottom of both flautas. This is ridiculous. Everyone knows flautas are deep fried and not placed on a grill to charr. I sent the plate back and was still charged. I asked the waiter to kindly remove the plate from my bill since we did not eat it. He stated he wasn’t sure he could do. He returned shortly and it had been...read full review
Terrible and biased waitstaff. They ignored and never took my nephew's order. I only wish that your employees take training in compassion. Learn to treat every customer the same, regardless of their race gender or disability.
My company has been made aware and will no longer use this vendor as our culinary choice. Do better.
