Went to Ruth's Chris Steak House, and it was beyond spectacular. The service was amazing and kind. The tour of the kitchen was very clean and organized. The food was so delicious and fresh with amazing care with every plate. The overall atmosphere was calm and a place where you can feel relaxed with amazing food.
This is a beautiful restaurant. Very nice greeters at the front reception, but tense dinner. My 83 year-old Mom was disrespected and ignored in each interaction with our waiter. He was super nice in the beginning but after ordering he couldn’t get us out of there fast enough. Disappointing when you spend $350 for two people. Acknowledge your guests and treat them with respect, and don’t rush them. Btw my Mom works full time and paid for dinner, which shouldn’t matter,...
The steak me and my husband had were amazing however the steamed broccoli was not fully steamed and was hard and the mashed potatoes tasted like boxed mashed potatoes? Not sure if home made mashed potatoes are used or not. This place is great for steak..I'd still recommend to other's!
