Horrible experience just now at Schlotzkys. The woman in the Drive-Thru was incredibly rude and incredibly loud and vocalizing how she and another crew member have no problem walking out. I paid $15 for two stale pathetic sandwiches. Do better schlotzsky's.

Very impressed with this location! The manager helped me out with a special request and it really made my day! The atmosphere here is great and the smells of the Cinnabon desserts were hard to resist. Definitely recommend this location!

Unfriendly one front person. Most of the time never there. Understand if short-staffed, possibly overworked, but at least a smile would go a long way. Waited 20 minutes for an order to be ready. Two other customers were waiting up front, one to order the other I guess to ask for something. The 2nd person left. Delivery driver waited patiently, said name of person, front lady left and didn’t come back with any info. Left him hanging. Couple that came in after me, one of their orders was incorrect. We would just appreciate a welcoming environment and decent customer service. I wouldn’t go back until there is new staff.

I really appreciate the inviting atmosphere of this Schlotzskys location. I think it looks nicer than many of the others. I also really liked the beautiful Christmas decorations especially the Nativity scene. Schlotzskys is consistently a good value for the money for the food especially if you have the app and make sure to collect all of the loyalty points for free food.

Parking: Do not trust google maps to find this place. It took me beyond 1604 despite it being 3 miles from my house. ( had never gone to this location before )

November 2024 Stopped in again, this time to pick up a couple of their $5 dollar 10-inch pizzas. We ate one in the restaurant and took the other one home. Service, food, everything was great. I've added some additional pictures and videos.
August 2024 ============ We arrived were, greeted and I asked a couple of questions about some loyalty points that I had in order to see if they were available for use, which they were.
The young man at the at the 1604 and 281 location was very helpful, he took our order, we both order small originals, we asked for them to be double toasted or crispy, and there was a slight modification on the second sandwich.
All in all, the store was very clean, and the service was really good. I took some pictures for everyone to see the inside of the store.

Parking: Parking is available at the 1604 and 281 location on the side of the store and behind it.
There was plenty of parking at the time we arrived.

Their sandwiches are good but they have been more and more skimpy with the ingredients. I miss the days when they were THICC and loaded to the brim with everything. Now, it's a thin layer of meat, sprinkling of lettuce, a couple slices of tomato, and whatever else you get on it. $3 for a couple slices of sad avocado is frankly utter bull when one can run to HEB and get a whole one for a buck even when they're out of season.
They're drinks are overpriced for how small they are. Not a fan of Cinnabon. If you want pizza, go to an actual pizza joint to get your money's worth.
All that sad, the people at thus one are usually friendly and the inside is usually clean and chill. Plenty of parking, though to get into the parking lot you gotta come long way around the access road or back way thru the road between the car lots on 281. So a pain to get into, esp since being at 281 and 1604 makes that a high traffic area all times of day.
I'd rate it a 3.5 if I could. As I said, the sandwiches are good, I gave the food a 3 and Service/Atmosphere 4 star each. I rate the food at a 3 because they are getting greedy and skimping on the sandwich filler. End of the day, I still love getting a giant sandwich to have as 2-3 meals or split with my partner or one my kids.
