Order at the drive through...customer service is always great!
I have never been to an establishment in San Antonio as wonderful as this. I know this review seems disingenuous but every single time I’m greeted with the most authentically kindhearted customer service I have ever witnessed. My morning and afternoons are so uplifted by the sweethearts who work here and always ask me if I like my drink before I drive off! Just came to SCOOTERS first time because I was told I couldn't get hot coffee, and a blended drink from Dunkins

Based on customer reviews, Scooter's Coffee is a wonderful establishment in San Antonio, known for the most authentically kindhearted customer service. The staff is always friendly, fast, and very welcoming, and they always ask if the drink is liked before the customer drives off. The Austin Hwy location is the best one in San Antonio, as it is very well managed and cared for. The drink options are amazing with a wide array of flavors, and the menu is diverse without being overwhelming. The cinnamonliscous blend is amazing, the everything bagel is really good, and the iced turtle latte with almond milk is a must try. Frappes were impressively good with a perfect blend, and Creamalious is a must try. A cinnamon roll with cream cheese frosting was also good. Prices are reasonable, with two drinks for under $15, and service is fast with no wait time even on busy days. Any issues with a drink are fixed or discussed cordially. For a quick caffeine pick-me-up, Scooter's Coffee is highly recommended.
