Service is ridiculous. Why have a pre order if you will not use it correctly? But even then I called the day before pick up and asked about my order and they didn’t have it. Did the order again on the phone for pick up the next day. The next day we go get it and they have no clue what we were talking about. But they had no problem charging me for my order. i had reservations going to this location being as though we have a local donut shop right next to it . i have it a try. the customer service was not great. no greeting or anything ti make me feel welcomed . the donuts i give a 0/10. they were hard & seriously looked old. nothing fresh. will not go back to this location. i will continue to go to Instant Donut next door
