I had always had a good time at this place but this time the nacho brisket was really bad, it's a good place to grab a bite to eat or have a beer while you wait for your flight.

The driest brisket and ribs I have ever had. No flavor no seasoning. And to make it worse, the barbecue sauce was horrendous. One tasted like ketchup. The other like vinegar. Neither had any kind of barbecue hint to it Whatsoever. Back to the drawing board for the chef.

unfortunately could not finish my food. got brisket, sausage, mac, creamed corn. flavor was good, bbq sauce was very good. unfortunately flavor did not make up for poor texture and temperature. genuinely too greasy to finish which was a shame. there was enough fat in the brisket to have smoked something tender, but it was chewy. my drink and sausage were forgotten in the order which isnt even affecting star rating. after having killer bbq in town, i expected something at least half decent. fine to eat if you haven't had the good stuff.

Food horrible. The baked potato has a pinch of cheese no butter. One cut of brisket in a chunk not shredded. The Texas Twinkie was also no good I didn’t even finish one. Full of sauce no meat only bacon on the outside. You’re better off eating anything else you n terminal A. Do not waste your money.

I ordered to go long wait for Mediocre food ; And they try to take my fries. Good thing I noticed my side of fries was missing and went back and they gave it to me.

I arrived to the Smoke Shack ready to eat a bbq plate but the power was down. The manager, I think his name was Eddie offered me a seat and water if I wanted it. As I waited I asked a server named Jennifer, if the power was back up. Jennifer replied ,”yes”, and walked away. I motioned for Jennifer again and asked her why she just replied and left. She apologized and long story short she walked away and I decided to eat elsewhere. The manager approached me and offered comfort by apologizing for Jennifer’s rude disposition. For clarity, Jennifer is about 70 years old and has an unmistakable RBF. Walmart please do Smoke Shack a favor and hire her. Sincerely, neighborhood therapist
