Well I hadn’t been to a location in a really long time, not since college days. I’m really glad that I found this location! I love all of their flavors. There are new products now too…including their delicious açaí smoothie bowls. They looked so yummy. Next time I visit, I get one.
I received the wrong delivery of my acai bowl. I called the store and spoke to Naomi who took action and made me a new bowl and was so sweet. She truly exemplifies customer service. She deserves a raise!
Santiago provided outstanding customer service! He was friendly, welcoming, and took the time to make sure my order was exactly right. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. The smoothie was made perfectly, and the whole experience was quick and pleasant. Employees like Santiago are the reason I keep coming back. Great job, and thank you for the excellent service I’ll be back this week!
