Meals like the Chicken Quesadilla and brisket quesadilla are popular choices, and come with a side and optional "trimmings". The Chicken Quesadilla is SO good and can be split with another person. The brisket quesadilla has tender and flavorful brisket, melted cheese, pickled onions, and salsa. Sides like potato salad and pinto beans are also delicious. The portions are generous, and the food is worth every dollar spent. The chicken tacos are also packed with incredible flavor. The red salsa is spicy, but the green salsa is flavorful.
