The guy was very rude, and how can you take someone's order with headphones in your ear. I feel bad for the new girl there, he was very mean with her barely wanted to help her.

Never pick up the phone for customers. My order was “delivered” but I never received it. Called the store over TEN TIMES without an answer. TEN TIMES and NO ANSWER!! Unprofessional and incompetent service and employees honestly! The store has a phone for a reason, learn to pick it up.

Horrible customer service, I’m actually calling the store right now and no answer AFTER 5 calls! I had an online order and showed up on time… so why is my bread ROCK hard? I would have simply just taken my replacement order but now yall have a worse complaint as a review. I know it’s late but even more of a reason to guarantee freshness. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! Why have a food handlers if you can’t tell the difference between fresh and NOT FRESH BREAD! I never leave reviews like this but 5 calls later I’m not having it.

Very disappointed with this location. To be honest they are very stingy with the portions. Also both my orders were missing the extra cheese I asked for.
I would NOT recommend this location.

The assistant manager took my order in an orderly fashion service, which was quick and easy despite the rude customer ahead of me. Awesome work!!! 🤌

Today I went in and the lady’s took more then 8mintues to come to the front and it was empty right off the bat she had ugly attitude towards us…we ask for teriyaki chicken foot long she slide the sandwich to other side and I saw there was barley chicken and cheese … she use one container for a foot long when I ask her she like I can charge you for another order if you want more …I left never again !!!!!I will come over there!!! I go to subway on military all the time !!! Never had that issue!!!and today I went to the one next Heb and never again

Honestly this location is kind of trash, every time I order online they skimp out on my food. Then I call and the phone just rings and rings. The dude that helped us today kind of got the crap end of the stick because I had time to come back to get my food remade but tbh I’d go to a different location if you want to get your moneys worth.

The gentleman and the lady inside were very attentive and nice. I got the broccoli cheddar soup. So delicious! I recommend coming to this location. I’m not sure if it’s 24/7. But I enjoyed the welcoming as I walked in , service and soup!

Asst manager Tommy took care of us excellent customer service made sure to welcome each guest outstanding multi tasking and attentiveness would definitely recommend I’ve come to this location multiple times and employee cici and asst manager Tommy definitely stand out and make me feel welcomed and make sure my Oder is done correctly also making sure to upsale at the register as well they hit every key point

As of Thursday 10/3/2024 I've been humbly served by Tommy G. Prepping my sandwiches & humbly accepting my coupon! I thought it was a rumor that this location is 24/7 but it actually is, which makes overnighter like me welcome! Thanks Tommy ?

If system is down why not take down orders manually? People work if they wanna to.
