Clean, friendly, not afraid to show off their certificates of achievement. I was helped by Jordan, and received excellent service. The sandwiches were made with care and the order was done before I knew it. Great location, especially for some late night eats!

Staff refused to add more olives… Staff said it’s company policy… I told her I’ll pay extra I don’t care cost I just wanted more. Staff said no they aren’t allowed to cause there is no button to charge the customer….

Customer should be allowed to pay for more vegetables if they want to!!! I can pay for more protein but they told me no I can’t pay for more vegetables….. :/ THAT IS RIDICULOUS!! Just my opinion

Not 1 cookie in the case.

The special of the day said it was supposed to be the Baha Chipotle Chicken but it was actually Pepperoni on Thursday 6-19-25.

The condiment case by the drinks just bad salt & pepper in all the cubbies, unlike how it tused to be.

!!!!The soup we got was filled half-way!!!!

We got in there and had a coupon and the guy and girl kept saying we couldn't use a coupon with the Beast sub that I wanted but didn't even know what coupon we had. Why would buy Any 6 inch have anything to do with a free chips & drink. Especially if we are buying the more expensive sub. Just doing what they're told...Yea, go ask Mike lol! Then the guy looked at the coupon to see it was only for 2 certain locations, which is dumb anyway lol. The pickles looked gross. Now they got a cover for the whole meat section so you can't see what any of ot looks like or what they are putting on your sandwich. Not sure if that's to keep heat or cool in. I won't be going to to this one and I don't evem want to go back to another to use my coupons. Only reason I came was to use it.

Ordered food at this location through the app . App said my food would be ready in 15 minutes when I got there I waited an additional 25 minutes for my order to be ready ! The guys there were extremely lazy and slow . They only had 2 options of chips . I didn’t open my food until I got home & this is what I opened up . Super sloppy and absolutely disgusting . I definitely will not be returning to this subway ever again .

Never pick up the phone for customers. My order was “delivered” but I never received it. Called the store over TEN TIMES without an answer. TEN TIMES and NO ANSWER!! Unprofessional and incompetent service and employees honestly! The store has a phone for a reason, learn to pick it up.

Horrible customer service, I’m actually calling the store right now and no answer AFTER 5 calls! I had an online order and showed up on time… so why is my bread ROCK hard? I would have simply just taken my replacement order but now yall have a worse complaint as a review. I know it’s late but even more of a reason to guarantee freshness. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! Why have a food handlers if you can’t tell the difference between fresh and NOT FRESH BREAD! I never leave reviews like this but 5 calls later I’m not having it.
