I've gone twice for lunch, and both times were simply wonderful. The sushi is fresh and super yummy. The servers are attentive and kind. I went during the week. It was calm and quaint.
By far the best sushi restaurant in San Antonio I have tried. Ultra fresh sashimi sampler. Many other offerings besides sushi that are delicious including noodles. Oysters were very good. Will be returning.

Got two chef's choice sushi rolls and a Kirin Ichiban and the wife got a chicken fried rice dish with some sake.
All in all good experience and would come back if invited out and Sushishima was suggested.
