“Honestly, I think there's a certain level of realistic expectations that one can anticipate from fast food places and it is kind of rough to weigh these places vs sit down restaurants the way the rating system works but I'd say this is a solid Taco Bell location. It is what it is, you know?
I almost always have a good experience with this location, whether I get it myself or order delivery. The location is clean every time I've gone inside, employees have always been pleasant when I encounter them, and I feel like my items are actually assembled with care and it always shows. I really appreciate that the most.“
“I must say I just ate here for lunch and I loved how the restaurant was nice and clean . When receiving my order I loved how organized the tray was making it easy to know who’s order was who’s . Then when I opened my taco I was just impressed how they have made my tacos ,everything's was so well proportion and not a lot of restaurant do this . “I ordered the “Nachos Bell Grande” combo from Taco Bell for lunch today. This combo came with Nachos, a crunchy taco and a large drink. This Taco Bell combo is one of my favorites to order. It’s a simple combo meal but very delicious! This specific Taco Bell location gives speedy and flawless service.“
“I love my local TB. Everyone here is always super friendly. They don't skimp on portions and make their food with a lot of love. Mistakes or missing items are rare, but they always quickly resolve it if it should happen. There seem to have been some staff changes or management changes but I feel it was for the better.“

My order was correct and when I happen to ask for extra sauces, most restaurants dont fulfill that request however this worker did . “Taco Bell always hits. My wife and I have a special connection to TBell, with both of our first jobs being Taco Bell. It's our go-to random meal spot. She is especially excited because she is pregnant, and the Caramel apple empanada just came back. Needless to say, we are singlehandedly going to make it a permanent item again.“
“I haven't been to Taco Bell in over a year. The Steak Poblano was a pleasant surpise—I came back for seconds. They also still have the Chicken Cantino Taco with the toasted Cheese on the outside of the shell ... I loved that thing. The young lady today was pleasant to all customers. Great value.“

“The food was ok, but I ordered 2 soft taco Supremes and 2 Pintos and cheese. Got home a even though it said soft taco Supremes on the bag as well, I ended up with the regular crunchy messy tacos. I cant stand those! Not surprising as so many places have workers that just don't pay attention to what they're going. Although everyone was nice, in the end I ended up getting something i didn't order and didn't want.“
“I've been coming to this location for many years. The staff changes but they are always friendly. Maybe they like each other and enjoy their shifts. I don't know, but no one is ever in a bad mood. Any way, I came in tonight with limited funds and wanted 2 tacos. I can't read well anymore and my fingers ordered 2 drinks and the wrong taco....lol. Annnd, it was spicyaf. I couldn't eat it. So I ponied up for another 2 crunchy tacos. I didn't say anything, I just ordered my 2 tacos. Well let's just say it was my night, the guy gave me an extra crunchy taco. “Went to this Taco Bell today, ordered a #1 three taco Supremes and drink. When i finally got to window 10 minutes later. The girl took my debit card and charged me $8.32. Gave back card and began talking about Marijuana. How Texas should legalize it. Then she asked me what ordered. The order was wrong. By now i had received my drink, a Dr. Pepper. So if wanted what i originally ordered i would have to pay more. Then the manager came (thug) and said i would have to come inside to fix their screw-up. I said i didn't have time, i had to be at work in 5 minutes. He then took my drink away and i left. WITHOUT MY MONEY RETURNED AND NO FOOD. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. It is ran by criminals. “It's your usual Taco Bell/fast food. One the better ones in the area. Staff are usually nice. Rarely missing anything in the order. Only real complaint is most the time when ordering something and you ask to have something removed (like a sauce from a burrito or such), they'll not pay attention and still add it in. Sometimes forget to add something if you have it added to the item. But overall, the quality of the food and freshness is better than most the other Taco Bells we go to on the north and northeast side of town. This is the one we try to go to when grabbing TB as a snack or meal.“

Enjoyed the usual tacos and burritos with expected taste and fulfilling options.
The new Avacado Verde salsa is treated nothing like Avacado or Verde. Will definitely skip it going forward.
The new breakfast salsa is very similar to mild salsa and enjoyed it.
Well maintained with good ambience for a quick stop and go.“
“Taco Bell is a great fast food Mexican restaurant!
They have some really nice choices to choose from such as burritos, crunchy/soft tacos, and even fries and Cinnabon balls.
I like to eat Taco Bell during my lunch breaks at work, it’s cheap, fast and pretty tasty. Haven’t had a bad experience yet, and will continue to come here to have lunch!
They even got late night cravings meals to choose from if you are more of a night owl! I recommend this place for late night trips too!“
“Went to Tacobell. Requested my food and added to 'please not give me a dap of sourcream at end of my burrito'. My order: 2 bean & cheese burritos with extra cheese, extra sour cream and no onions. Well...KyKy delivered!! Every warm bite was equal parts beans, cheese, and sour cream! The cheese melted and stringy like a pizza! Yummy!! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU for not messing up my burritos!! Awesome customer service and teamwork with front and back service! I look forward to more warm comforting burritos at this location!

“Why do you have a whole store of employees but only one taking orders. I waited 18 minutes and only one employee responded saying she was taking care of the drive through, door dash and the front. The girl in blue and white sweater, the manager according to the employees, because I had to ask because they were soooo neglectful, Heaven , was extremely disrespectful and didn’t want to take our order after multiple people asked her too. She said ‘sorry be there in a minute’ and proceed to take the orders of men only. The girl Shelby was working her butt off taking door dash orders, drive through and the front she was so sweet and apologized. I would never go to this Taco Bell. They clearly only want a one employee running show. Pathetic. Don’t go here“
“I had a great experience at this KFC/Taco Bell thanks to EJ, the manager. He went out of his way to make sure everything was right with my order and showed real pride in his customer service. You don’t see that kind of attention and attitude often—he was professional, fast, and genuinely helpful. It’s clear he cares about the customers and the quality of the service here. “My husband Chris had finished vending at a market and picked me up from work when we decided to get Taco Bell for dinner, it was around 8:40pm. We were both tired and figure most people are but Sal who took our order at the drive-thru and gave us our order was energetic and social that we really enjoyed his customer service, which is rare these days. “Was able to walk in and order from a human. I'm not wild about using a touch screen that every other customer used to place orders all day long. Seems like a good place to contact a communicable disease. Never saw a dining table wiped down while I was there.
I might visit more frequently if Coke products were served vs pepsi.

“This has got to be the best Mexican food I’ve had in San Antonio, which says a lot. The food was good quality and fresh, and it tasted like someone’s grandma made it. The dining experience exceeded my expectations, although I wish the decor was a little more traditional, the food makes up for it. If you’re visiting from out of San Antonio, I highly recommend this place for their outstanding authentic Mexican food.“

“I eat there almost every Tuesday now because they have a 8 piece for $10 deal on Tuesdays is plenty for me and my wife she likes it crispy I like original so we split down the middle then we just cook up a little bit of instant mashed potatoes and Brew some tea and grab a 2-liter Coke and sit down and have a nice meal.“
