I needed an order remade and they didn't make me feel like a burden even tho I felt like a bother since I know they have so much on their plate. “I must say I just ate here for lunch and I loved how the restaurant was nice and clean . When receiving my order I loved how organized the tray was making it easy to know who’s order was who’s . Then when I opened my taco I was just impressed how they have made my tacos ,everything's was so well proportion and not a lot of restaurant do this . “I ordered the “Nachos Bell Grande” combo from Taco Bell for lunch today. This combo came with Nachos, a crunchy taco and a large drink. This Taco Bell combo is one of my favorites to order. It’s a simple combo meal but very delicious! This specific Taco Bell location gives speedy and flawless service.“

“The manager, Elijah, was extremely helpful when I informed the restaurant about an incorrect drive thru order I opened up when I arrived at home. He was extremely GREAT in assuring that it was made right eventually because I was unable to return to the restaurant the same evening as he first suggested when first attempting to resolve my issue, which I called about.
I greatly appreciate how accommodating the restaurant and the manager were in this matter. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and I definitely will keep dining at the location for take out more than I have bc of HIS PERSONAL customer service skills that I experienced first hand.

“I love my local TB. Everyone here is always super friendly. They don't skimp on portions and make their food with a lot of love. Mistakes or missing items are rare, but they always quickly resolve it if it should happen. There seem to have been some staff changes or management changes but I feel it was for the better.“
“I just ordered Tacos, Tuesday's chicken strip special, (normally I get the drum and thighs), and a drink. I was waiting for at least 20 minutes for my order when I was told, the chicken strips are ready now. If they would have told me they were out, I wouldn't have wait. That made me angry. Then I was about to leave and I noticed they forgot the Honey Mustard and the gravy. The Tacos were good,but cold now. The chicken strips, not so good. I'll stick with the drums and thighs for now on.“
“I haven't been to Taco Bell in over a year. The Steak Poblano was a pleasant surpise—I came back for seconds. They also still have the Chicken Cantino Taco with the toasted Cheese on the outside of the shell ... I loved that thing. The young lady today was pleasant to all customers. Great value.“

“The food was ok, but I ordered 2 soft taco Supremes and 2 Pintos and cheese. Got home a even though it said soft taco Supremes on the bag as well, I ended up with the regular crunchy messy tacos. I cant stand those! Not surprising as so many places have workers that just don't pay attention to what they're going. “Taco Bell always hits. My wife and I have a special connection to TBell, with both of our first jobs being Taco Bell. It's our go-to random meal spot. She is especially excited because she is pregnant, and the Caramel apple empanada just came back. Needless to say, we are singlehandedly going to make it a permanent item again.“

The new Avacado Verde salsa is treated nothing like Avacado or Verde. Will definitely skip it going forward.
The new breakfast salsa is very similar to mild salsa and enjoyed it.

“I wish could remember the young lady's name but she works in the lunch shift. Great customer servive as well as black gentleman bringing food to a mother of 2 girls. Very polite and service with a smile and delivering food outside as well. In my books thats awesome. Nobody like angry employees. I didnt see any angry. After a hot morning it was a relief there A/C was running like a champ. Unfortunately, my stomach could eat more. I feel the servings are quite small. “Went to Tacobell. Requested my food and added to 'please not give me a dap of sourcream at end of my burrito'. My order: 2 bean & cheese burritos with extra cheese, extra sour cream and no onions. Well...KyKy delivered!! Every warm bite was equal parts beans, cheese, and sour cream! The cheese melted and stringy like a pizza! Yummy!! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! “Was able to walk in and order from a human. I'm not wild about using a touch screen that every other customer used to place orders all day long. Seems like a good place to contact a communicable disease. Never saw a dining table wiped down while I was there.
I might visit more frequently if Coke products were served vs pepsi.

We were both tired and figure most people are but Sal who took our order at the drive-thru and gave us our order was energetic and social that we really enjoyed his customer service, which is rare these days. “This has got to be the best Mexican food I’ve had in San Antonio, which says a lot. The food was good quality and fresh, and it tasted like someone’s grandma made it. The dining experience exceeded my expectations, although I wish the decor was a little more traditional, the food makes up for it. If you’re visiting from out of San Antonio, I highly recommend this place for their outstanding authentic Mexican food.“

“Would give a 5 on food(it was fresh and good) but they did not give me my sauce for the chicken strip/tenders I ordered and I didn't want to ask for it since they had a angry customer already. First time ordering those so would have been nice to try the special sauce with it.Service, I would have gave a 5 had they had napkins, straws and ketchup readily available at the self service counter near the fountain drink machine, I had to wait again in line to get those.“
“I eat there almost every Tuesday now because they have a 8 piece for $10 deal on Tuesdays is plenty for me and my wife she likes it crispy I like original so we split down the middle then we just cook up a little bit of instant mashed potatoes and Brew some tea and grab a 2-liter Coke and sit down and have a nice meal.“
