We came to Ruben because of it's reputation for being the best Tamales in San Antonio. During tamale season, this place has a line that starts very early in the morning with long wait. Luckily it's not the season, so no line. They gave us samples and they are in fact the best Tamales I've ever had. Maybe best in the world.
Best tamales in town! The pork w/ jalapeños is the best.
Came in to get take out tamales for family...great experience and family was very happy
