I was a little nervous about going to Tardiff and being disappointed but we absolutely LOVED our experience there. Excellent service! The short ribs were as good a meal as we've ever had. It's not cheap, but for us it was worth it. I am looking forward to returning there.
This was our third visit and certainly not our last. To start with we had one member of our party in a wheelchair. The staff could not have been more accommodating. Our food was truly excellent from the Lobster Mac & Cheese, the French Onion Soup (one of the best in the city) , the duck, the prawns, and the Wellington, all were wonderful. Tardif's is our go-to for fine dining in the San Antonio area. It starts with great food: only the best ingredients, prepared expertly with a French flair. Although we have only been a few times, the staff remembers our names, and treats us like the guest of honor every time. There are plenty of pricey places in the area, this one gives you your money's worth.
