Ramen was well executed. The noodles had a nice amount of spring in the bite. Chashu pork was a little strange (more like a thick piece of deli meat than a traditional chashu cut) but the other elements were good.Sunomono (cucumber salad) was really underwhelming. There was no rice vinegar at all and the cucumber slices were dry. I loved the Spicy miso tantan-men, pictured, I got the medium heat and it was flavorful . Not too much spice to the point you can’t enjoy the food. The service was great, polite and quick. Would rate 5 stars but my girlfriend said the ramen was just ok.

The ramen itself is not amazing but it was done surprisingly fast. Of course it is not authentic Japanese ramen but well. I enjoyed a beautiful view of pearl brewery while eating ramen.
