About The K-BopCha

The K-BopCha is a small, casual spot known for its fresh and flavorful Korean food. It operates more like a food truck, with no seating available, making it ideal for takeout. The menu features generous portions of dishes like kimbap rolls, which are praised for being huge and delicious, and fish cake kimbap, along with marinated beef kimbap. I went to go visit San Antonio and wanted a healthy fresh option and ended up visiting this cute truck 🛻 My boyfriend and I ordered two types of kimbap. We got the fish cake and fried tofu. SO FRESH, delicious-highly recommend getting different dipping sauces (mustard & ssam sauce)
Their food was delicious, colorful, and healthy! The corn silk tea I tried was also bomb. Stopped here for lunch while visiting San Antonio for work. I would totally eat here every week if this was in Austin.
Customer consideration is so friendly, the sweet employee remembered my order from the day before after ordering in only once. They have a misting fan for customers waiting in line in the Texas heat. The food is insane. It tastes like how my mom makes it. That's the only way I can put it. It literally tastes like my mother's food. Go here. All this food cost me only $27 dollars.
