The Squeezebox

I don't know how I have NOT done a review on squeezebox. I went to their 6th anniversary last month and it everyone was there. They go all out with their events, they had a great musical performance!The drinks are not too pricey so you can enjoy more than one and if you go on a sunday, stop at HEB and get a pack of faijitas and take it because they'll cook it in their "faijita lounge". Thursdays and Saturdays feel like a cool lil house party. The drinks are cheap and strong, plus the music is in usually a mix of good urban Latin,southern rap, and electronic house. When it's jumping on a weekend night the sound bass will shake the bar. It's a Low light and intimate club for the late night crowd.

A couple lowered their masks to make out at the jukebox. The bartender rushed from behind the bar to break it up and make them wear their masks. It was awkward and hilarious. I laughed. I felt confident and safe there. In all honesty, I've not felt safer outside of my home and my workplace since the pandemic started. Thank you, Squeezebox, for strictly enforcing your mask policy.
