This is a joke of a location. Morning crew doesn't seem to know what service let alone customer service is or means. The food is just a mess, if I wanted sausage pieces instead of an actually patty I would've ordered biscuits&gravy. This location needs to seriously get its act together. The wait time......Ha don't get me started!20 minutes to wait for a single sausage biscuit is ridiculous!

Today we visited food was great as usual I took my brother out of the nursing home in a wheelchair and it was a great lunch. No problem parking no problem entering the store no problem maneuvering around the tables and we got a handicapped table . He was able to go to the bathroom easily. He's been in a nursing home 3 years this is the first time that he goes out of his wheelchair and the first place he wanted to go with Whataburger !!!!!!

I went to pick up my lunch at curbside before I needed to race off to work. My order was completely wrong and it reminded me why I normally check my food before leaving. I am not even sure how they got it so wrong. I do have a complicated order(spicy chicken with Buffalo sauce, two slices of cheese, jalapenos, and double toasted) but WHERE on earth did the mustard come from?! The spicy chicken sandwich doesn't come with mustard! So why did I get it?! Not to mention I was missing half of my toppings(I paid extra for most of the toppings) and it wasn't double toasted(i can live without most of that) but the thing I couldn't live with was the mustard. I could not eat it and had to throw away my entire lunch. It was very upsetting as I spent roughly $12 on this and it came out so horribly wrong that I cannot even fanthom what went through the cook's mind while they made it. My only conclusion is that they switched my sandwich with someone else and whoever it was supposed to belong to; you're a psychopath. Why mustard????? Why did you remove the mayo????! It was absolutely disgusting. I'm very disappointed.

Always a great place to stop off at if you can’t wait to prepare something for yourself they’ve got great deals. The food is hot and fresh and taste great even though it’s fast food definitely worth the money.
Really awesome customer service. Danelle who’s was the cashier tonight was super helpful and seemed to really enjoy what she was doing. Even the older gentleman that brought out my food was so happy and friendly. This is a perfect example of what customer service should be. Different get his name but the one with the fro. Even the manger a a big smile.Great job team..!!!
