Great little place. Was so much fun. Everything was enjoyable. Watched out for an allergy at our table and let that customer know we'll ahead of time on some items. Accommodated 10 very easy at two tables. We had a great time. Thank yall we will be back again next time we're in town.

The drink was not that good, but overall the food was delicious and the wait staff was fun and attentive. We were also able to reserve two tables for a big group within the hour online so when we arrived we were promptly sat at our tables.

Wild is one of our favorite spots in San Antonio! Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The staff is incredibly helpful, and the whole experience was enjoyable from start to finish. Definitely the best Hot Pot place in San Antonio, highly recommend!

Will always go to KPOT after this experience. Was seated quickly. It wasn't busy we were maybe the third or fourth table there. Server took some time to arrive and asked for our food orders before asking for our drinks. I always judge a place on their tea. And the tea here was Lipton so I was sus. The meat came out and they were these tiny thin pieces of meat and when cooked became super tiny. You also can only order three meats at a time. I got a sushi roll and it had cucumbers in it. They were INSANELY bitter. Never have I had a cucumber be so bitter. I just couldn't eat the rest. One employee came out and asked my friend if she had a bf? So unprofessional. The bbq plate was turned up so high it burned our meat and a guy came over and turned it down. Overall just one thing after another at this place. Maybe it was just this experience but I won't be coming back.

My go to for hotpot or BBQ when I visit San Antonio. Excellent selection and good quality. All my guests have only positive things to say about this specialty restaurant. Wear flexible pants…even if only sampling half of the offerings, you will tend to be stuffed.

Came in at 10:30pm party of 6. Didn’t think it would be an issue since they close at 12am. The hostess told us one second, grabbed a manager, told him in front of us that the only place we could sit is in a section they just closed? An hour and a half before closing? Manager went to get our table ready and girl proceeded to tell us it would be 15-20mins for a table but we were fine with that. Then she told us that they stop serving sushi at 11?? And then the rest at 11:40? Why do they close at midnight? But we told them okay and asked for a menu. She then leaves and comes back 2 minutes later and says they are actually no longer serving sushi for the night. Clearly trying to get us out and not eat there so they don’t have to stay. Shitty customer service.

They have two sets of gratuities in other words tipping the waiters it was the most ridiculous thing I'd ever seen I don't like that at all that's the customer's decision I would not go back to it

I am a tough critique when it comes to Japanese food as I like more authentic ones. With this said, this restaurant works for us. I like sushi but my hubby doesn't. So, this place offers both that we each likes. The only reason I give 3 stars for food... sushi was mediocre, especially maki zushi came on my plate looked horrible. Then I noticed the person behind the sushi counter was a man with a Mexican bandana across his forehead... no offense, but that explained how badly they were constructed. How it is presented, is a crucial part of Japanese cuisine. Other than that, the service was great. Our waiter was attentive and I like this establishment as it wasn't our first time and we will use this place for special occasions.

This is the best Japanese bbq/hotpot/sushi place! The food is wonderful and the servers are the best! I wish they would open one closer to where we live! We’ve tried other kpot/jpot places and this is hands down our favorite! We come for our birthdays, celebrations, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, etc.
