“Delicious quality wings that you won't regret and won't forget. They're all great but I think it was either Parmesan or garlic I liked the least, still fairly tasty
There's a long wait here even when you're one of 3 customers on site.

“I've loved coming to Wing Stop ever since they first opened and if you ever do the no carb challenge, this place with quickly became one of your go to restaurants (But from what you can see on my pictures, I'm not on that diet at the moment 😂)! Everything is fresh and made to order so while technically yeah you can get them to go, if you have the time I would recommend you eat them at the restaurant while it's still hot instead.“

“Went to a different location and it was complete chaos and after waiting i was told it would be a 35-45 minute wait. Found this location wasn't to far so my wife placed an order on the app on our way to this location and we saw the wait would be 15-19 minutes which is pretty average for wing stop. We showed up not even 5 minutes after placing the order and the order was already being bagged. The staff was very friendly, We decided to eat at the location, and it was very clean and had 100 health/clean rating.Food was hot, wings and fries were perfect. Definitely impressed with how this location is ran.“
“There was a young lady by the name of Monique at this location. She did an excellent job very professional working in the register serving drinks. handing out orders, cleaning table, and during the rush she was very calm, very professional and did an outstanding job as I was eating lunch. I was observing her work. She deserves to be recognized as well as the crew that was working with her. We came in Corpus Christi with a small group of 10 people during the rush-hour and she did an amazing job as well as her crew managing the kitchen“

“I absolutely love Wingstop! It was our first time being at this location but we definitely have no complaints. The customer service was great & so was the food! It was clean in there as well. We loved how spacious it was here because most Wingstops have small eating areas. We would definitely be back & you definitely won't be disappointed.“
“Typical wing stop...nothing spectacular, but not bad either. Nice variety of sauces. Wings and boneless for our party of 5 on a Thursday evening were rated as average compared to other wing places. Fries are also average. Seating was about half full, but we saw many more takeouts during our time than in-house orders. Service was friendly. It was also neither very quick nor overly slow. Overall cleanliness was good...the drink station was a bit disorderly.“

“Ordered the 15 piece of chicken wings to go along with fries and a drink. It is quite pricey for the meal, but I had a craving for wings. Place was a little busy and moderately noisy, but tolerable. Food was good. Service was excellent. Place was maintained well inside and out. You didn't see trash on the floors and outside on the ground.“

“Wings were great... Once I got them. I placed an order online, prepaid, and showed up at recommended pickup time. They said they didn't get the order and maybe I sent my order to another location. I showed them my online receipt and they were like 'Ohhh'. They said they were working on it. Long story short I had to wait an extra 30 minutes in the dining area. No apology, offer for water as I waited. The cashiers were too busy talking to each other than paying attention to the customers. I literally saw an order come out and sit on the counter for over 15 minutes before realizing it was for a customer already waiting.
No the cooks fault at all. The wings and fries were delicious. Cashiers on the other hand were slacking.“
“Anna is absolutely amazing, she handled a terrible situation from Another location and made it right w no questions and qualms. We had originally ordered wings from the 17230 Autry Pond road. The order was over fried and all theming were extremely dried/rubber. We were unable to go back and when I called to get the order remade the manger hung up on me and my husband and refused to work with us. Mind you we spent a lot of $. We had no idea there was a rule that a reorder must be rendered within 14 days. Left us to believe the management needs work and unfortunately they lost customers permanently and the 281 location gained us as loyal customers. Not only was everything correct on our remake order, but it was fresh and delicious. Much thanks to Anna and her team for excellent customer service. It is apparent you are a quality manager. Highly recommend 281/Evans location.“

“I just want to acknowledge the manager on charge on Wednesday, May 7 at 6:45 PM. I called in an order over the phone and asked if they would be able to take my order and bring it out to me as I had broke my foot and it would be hard for me to carry the food out of the store. She was very helpful. Took my order over the phone, took my payments and then brought me my order Service was fast and friendly 10 thumbs up for great service. I believe her name was Sydney.. “If u want patient team members who help you and make sure what you and your family needs is efficient for you, come see the team at this wingstop location!!! The whole team, especially Ricoangel, was awesome!! Takes around 15-25mins for a dine in order.
25 mins when it's Friday sat Sunday.
Because that's when Americans celebrate the end of a week.
Don't be afraid to ask on a time check for the order.
The chicken takes 12 mins and extra time of you want it well done. So keep that time in mind when you order.

“My husband and I frequent this location very often. We had a recent bad experience, which made us almost decide to go somewhere else, or to leave the franchise entirely. Upon leaving feedback, the shift manager that I spoke with reached out, and apologized for our recent bad experience. The shift manager even went out of their way to make the situation right for us (which they really did not have to do). Because of the professional manner of the shift manager, the accountability and the willingness to make it right, my husband and I have decided to continue at this location. The manager did everything she could to make it right for us, and we had a much, much better experience the second go around. Definitely visit this location due to the service of employees, kindness, professionalism and the all around calm quiet atmosphere and as always, delicious food. The employees are always cleaning the dining room, and we always have had great service and employees checking on us to make sure we are satisfied.“
“Did a phone order was told food would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes, got there in 20 minutes, place was crowded and we had to wait 35 minutes for our order to be ready. I would have appreciated being told that they were busy and it will be a 30 to 45 minute wait. It's a small establishment and it was over crowded with people waiting for their food orders.“
