“The staff was very polite and helpful. The place is clean and looks like it’s well run. I’m not a huge fan of wings but wingstop is great. The food is good and u don’t have to deal with the annoying bar atmosphere or the cheap fake chicken from fast food places. I can’t speak for every restaurant but I do recommend this one“

This place is so clean and the environment is very inviting. The girl at the register was great also. The wings weren't over fried. The vegetables were fresh cut good and crips. Fries were actually long good and crisp and not just ends and pieces like the wingsstops give you in Corpus.

“Came to watch the wcf to root for the spurs and had a smooth experience. Harmony and crew were quick and the food was at a perfect temperature. “I usually come here to hide from my coworkers; but there is an extremely nice and likely extremely underpaid lady with red hair that provides unbelievably high quality service. She has helped me navigate the menu, offered stellar suggestions, and provides unbelievably high quality food, especially compared to other stores. I have seen her professionally navigate tough customers, high volumes, and even myself with prowess I have not seen in a store before.

“Ordered my food at 8:34pm. Received a notification my food was ready by 8:41pm. I figured it wasn't going to be ready, just wingstop trying to make their times. I showed up around 8:45pm and sure enough my bag was ready to go. I got home around 8:51pm with everything correctly ordered and fresh. Food was amazing. Kudos Wingstop, keep it up staff.“

“Came in at 11 pm. The young men working were all friendly and polite! It took a few minutes but the food was cooked fresh. They greeted everyone that walked in. I had a great experience! Hopefully the managers tell the staff they are doing great!“

“Typical wing stop...nothing spectacular, but not bad either. Nice variety of sauces. Wings and boneless for our party of 5 on a Thursday evening were rated as average compared to other wing places. Fries are also average. Seating was about half full, but we saw many more takeouts during our time than in-house orders. Service was friendly. It was also neither very quick nor overly slow. Overall cleanliness was good...the drink station was a bit disorderly.“

Me and my sister were in the area and stopped at thos location and let me just say from the time we entered and the time we left the lonely ladies working here were the sweetest. “I came to Wingstop the other day, and I had a great experience! An employee named Aryanna she was very helpful, friendly, and communicated with me throughout my whole visit. She even helped me decide what to order and made sure I was happy with my choices. I really appreciate her patience and great customer service. “What I witnessed last night by fellow community members that placed orders here was a range of emotions.

First off it was a Spurs Game Night and a Friday night, so pizza restaurants & wing restaurants within our city get packed with orders.

Secondly, the wings here is raw chicken, therefore take a little longer to prep and cook versus a frozen pre cooked wings.

Thirdly, your wings here a cooked by humans not robots!

With that being said there were some individuals whom acted atrociously last night! Giving no grace, demanding orders, and disrespecting the staff, while others were kind, patient, and understanding.

I witnessed every employee working their behinds off to get the orders out as efficiently as they possibly could. I witnessed team work! I witnessed human beings doing the best they could under the circumstances.

Word of advice San Antonio, if you don't have respect & patience, cook your own wings at home for Game Nights! It's that simple.

These employees don't owe you anything in life, they provide a service in which YOU CHOSE to have someone else make your food. You're not the only person in this city, the world doesn't revolve around you.

Humble yourself.

Only word of advice to management would be turn off online orders completely if things start getting overwhelming. When I ordered online I did see a memo that said ASAP ordering wasn't available at that time, which absolutely made sense, however; after walking in the location and observing, I thought to myself I wonder if there's a way for them to pause online ordering at a certain point then resuming it when able to.
I don't know if that's possible, however this is only a suggestion.

You & your crew did AMAZING last night, Spurs maybe didn't win, but last night YOU did! You prevailed in a very stressful situation, and again I thank you.“

“Order ahead guys unless u intend on eating inside.
Takes around 15-25mins for a dine in order.
25 mins when it's Friday sat Sunday.
Because that's when Americans celebrate the end of a week.
Don't be afraid to ask on a time check for the order.
The chicken takes 12 mins and extra time of you want it well done. So keep that time in mind when you order.

“Not sure if she was the manager on shift today around 3pm, but door dash messed up my order and I went to pick up my original one which sat for over an hour and she offered to remake the whole order and gave me a drink. I appreciate her ensuring I’m satisfied. Thank you Rosta“

“I know some of y’all aren’t going to believe this… but this was my FIRST time ever eating Wingstop. 😅

I know. I know. Save the gasps. I’m 34 years old and somehow made it this far. But I’m not here to defend myself, I’m here to give credit where it’s due.

The second I walked in, Michaela welcomed me with the best energy. The playlist was a whole vibe, and she was enjoying it right along with everyone else. When I told her it was my first visit, she looked at me like I’d been living under a rock. 😂

Instead of making me figure it out on my own, she started recommending her favorite wings and even shared how she likes her fries. I asked about the Mango Habanero because I wasn’t trying to accidentally set my mouth on fire, so she brought me a sample. Then Bailey jumped in to help me decide too. At that point, it felt like we were all working on a group project, and everyone was determined to make sure I ordered the right meal. 🤣

Then Olivia joined the conversation and shared her favorite wing flavors. I don’t know if this was customer service or a Wingstop intervention, but I was fully invested.

While I waited for my food, I got to watch the FIFA match on TV, and before I knew it, my order was ready.

Great food will bring people in once. Great people are what make them come back.

Huge shoutout to Michaela, Bailey, and Olivia for making my very first Wingstop experience one I’ll actually remember. Y’all made a first-timer feel right at home, and that’s something worth recognizing.“
