Which I think is crazy when they are quick to put all drums in an order why don’t they up charge $2.50 on all drums as well. “I only had to wait to 25 minutes for my order. They were very busy on because of the Super Bowl, but the young lady told me when I got there my order was being made. She said because practically everyone ordered French fries that was the only delay. They had a delivery walk-in time the staff was only five minutes late from pick up order time which was incredible considering the event.“

She did an excellent job very professional working in the register serving drinks. handing out orders, cleaning table, and during the rush she was very calm, very professional and did an outstanding job as I was eating lunch. “I had ordered food through the online ordering system. It automatically chooses to have a door dasher deliver. Long story short, after a failed and cancelled delivery from the dasher, calling back and forth to the cs team for Wings Stop and for door dash.
The manager of this store was kind enough to let me re-order and pick it up. I think they upgraded our fries to a large and also gave us brownies for the mishap. I’m extremely appreciative, all we wanted was wings today. We know accidents happen, but they did everything they could to make sure we got our food.

“Had a such a great experience I usually go to the one on West Ave since it’s closer but this is going to be my go to place worth the extra 15-20 min drive walking in we got welcome in and every other person who walked in were greeted. Staff were friendly and working hard this place was clean staff attended to the dirty table asap my boyfriend went and told the staff this was the best food and service we had at any Wingstop. “Used to be the worst location in San Antonio. Now, it’s improved so much, but I’m skeptical until I’ve had a few more visits. The worst scenario is when I ordered two hours in advance, but the workers made the order right when it showed up on the computer. They forgot the order was on the shelf, so I was waiting another hour and 15 to have them realize it was cold on the shelf. They fired all of those employees since.“

“Typical wing stop...nothing spectacular, but not bad either. Nice variety of sauces. Wings and boneless for our party of 5 on a Thursday evening were rated as average compared to other wing places. Fries are also average. Seating was about half full, but we saw many more takeouts during our time than in-house orders. Service was friendly. It was also neither very quick nor overly slow. Overall cleanliness was good...the drink station was a bit disorderly.“

“Employees here are always attentive manager as well she does stop to attend to customers needs. The Employees do know to attend when they see a customer that needs help. I seen cooks help out with drinks and even helped the cashiers with making sure we get our food while it hot and fresh.
