“Delicious quality wings that you won't regret and won't forget. They're all great but I think it was either Parmesan or garlic I liked the least, still fairly tasty
There's a long wait here even when you're one of 3 customers on site.
They kept forgetting my name and took 45 minutes to make an order they said would be 20 minutes

“Never dined in. Only order to go. Im from Buffalo, and can say their wings are excellent. (I order them extra crispy). The one thing I never understand, is why this place, and others, charge extra for all flappers or all drums, because when all is said and done, preferences are 50 - 50.“

“I'm very happy with this location... the manager or lead named Benjamin took care of a situation very well. They forgot my ranch, and when I called to come back and get it, he offered to make me some fresh wing. This location looks to be doing better than my last visit months ago!

“I placed an order for 10 traditional wings asked for all flats they said it be an up charge of $2.50. Which I think is crazy when they are quick to put all drums in an order why don’t they up charge $2.50 on all drums as well. I don’t get it cause get a order with all drums it crazy work never spending my money here again“

“I only had to wait to 25 minutes for my order. They were very busy on because of the Super Bowl, but the young lady told me when I got there my order was being made. She said because practically everyone ordered French fries that was the only delay. They had a delivery walk-in time the staff was only five minutes late from pick up order time which was incredible considering the event.“

“There was a young lady by the name of Monique at this location. She did an excellent job very professional working in the register serving drinks. handing out orders, cleaning table, and during the rush she was very calm, very professional and did an outstanding job as I was eating lunch. I was observing her work. She deserves to be recognized as well as the crew that was working with her. We came in Corpus Christi with a small group of 10 people during the rush-hour and she did an amazing job as well as her crew managing the kitchen“

“Great phone customer service from Lillian and in person she was very courteous when confirming our order. We were coming from a graduation late on Wednesday and she made our celebration dinner that much easier. thank you for excellent customer service.“

“I had ordered food through the online ordering system. It automatically chooses to have a door dasher deliver. Long story short, after a failed and cancelled delivery from the dasher, calling back and forth to the cs team for Wings Stop and for door dash.

The manager of this store was kind enough to let me re-order and pick it up. I think they upgraded our fries to a large and also gave us brownies for the mishap. I’m extremely appreciative, all we wanted was wings today. We know accidents happen, but they did everything they could to make sure we got our food.

“Had a such a great experience I usually go to the one on West Ave since it’s closer but this is going to be my go to place worth the extra 15-20 min drive walking in we got welcome in and every other person who walked in were greeted. Staff were friendly and working hard this place was clean staff attended to the dirty table asap my boyfriend went and told the staff this was the best food and service we had at any Wingstop. Other places we see staff playing around playing loud music not paying attention to customers. Keep up the great work and kudos“

“Used to be the worst location in San Antonio. Now, it’s improved so much, but I’m skeptical until I’ve had a few more visits. The worst scenario is when I ordered two hours in advance, but the workers made the order right when it showed up on the computer. They forgot the order was on the shelf, so I was waiting another hour and 15 to have them realize it was cold on the shelf. They fired all of those employees since.“

“Thank you Charles owner for buying this Wingstop it is one of my favorites food is better quality it is great I’ve been trying to find a good Wingstop and some have disappointed me especially the one in 211 and potranco that needs a better stricter manager in their their food is always under cooked and rubbery chicken just not good cold fries or re dipped in fryer to make hot we get oily fries I’ve returned my food multiple times trying to give them a chance n they disappoint but this bandera location top notch their doing great food was extra crispy without asking even my boneless had a great crunch to it amazing great staff manager was very professional and attentive to her customers food was on time 👍🏻“

“I just want to acknowledge the manager on charge on Wednesday, May 7 at 6:45 PM. I called in an order over the phone and asked if they would be able to take my order and bring it out to me as I had broke my foot and it would be hard for me to carry the food out of the store. She was very helpful. Took my order over the phone, took my payments and then brought me my order Service was fast and friendly 10 thumbs up for great service. I believe her name was Sydney.. “Typical wing stop...nothing spectacular, but not bad either. Nice variety of sauces. Wings and boneless for our party of 5 on a Thursday evening were rated as average compared to other wing places. Fries are also average. Seating was about half full, but we saw many more takeouts during our time than in-house orders. Service was friendly. It was also neither very quick nor overly slow. Overall cleanliness was good...the drink station was a bit disorderly.“

Takes around 15-25mins for a dine in order.
25 mins when it's Friday sat Sunday.
Because that's when Americans celebrate the end of a week.
Don't be afraid to ask on a time check for the order.
The chicken takes 12 mins and extra time of you want it well done. So keep that time in mind when you order.

“Employees here are always attentive manager as well she does stop to attend to customers needs. The Employees do know to attend when they see a customer that needs help. I seen cooks help out with drinks and even helped the cashiers with making sure we get our food while it hot and fresh. I definitely been here a few times and seen everyone getting along and making sure customers come first. Music is always on point. I enjoy the drive just to get to this location. I'll continue to keep making the trip to this location.“

“Shoutout to Matthew at Wingstop—dude’s just a cashier, but he takes your order like it’s a high-stakes mission from the wing gods themselves. Super polite, quick, and doesn’t mess up a single combo. Now let’s talk about the elephant in the room: his black and blonde hair. I don’t know if he lost a bet or got styled by a malfunctioning printer, but it’s definitely… something. It looks like someone tried to Photoshop two hairstyles together and hit “save” by accident. One half says “business,” the other half says “I make TikToks at gas stations.” Still, respect. It takes guts to rock hair that looks like a yin-yang symbol arguing with itself. Five stars for the service, and an extra half star (mentally) for the confidence it takes to walk around like that.“
