“The cashier name Krissy or Crissy not sure how it's spelled, well she was awesome, she was very friendly and she checked on not only us, but all the customers in the restaurant. She made a suggestion for our order because we were undecided and her suggestion was perfect! I hope on my next visit she is the front counter employee again!“

“I only had to wait to 25 minutes for my order. They were very busy on because of the Super Bowl, but the young lady told me when I got there my order was being made. She said because practically everyone ordered French fries that was the only delay. They had a delivery walk-in time the staff was only five minutes late from pick up order time which was incredible considering the event.“

“Crispy crispy wings, but they were still good. Thankfully, I asked for extra parm on these, or I probably wouldn't have been given much on them. I wasn't excited to see the employee preparing my wings handling his phone prior to preparing my and other orders. Even more fun, he caughed into his hand and continued working on my wings without pausing to wash his hands. Luckily, there wasn't any contact needed to sauce the food and used tongs. But still made he cringe ? as he brought them to me. But I didn't die, and the wings were good.“

Person was just talking away with his friends and not paying attention on what I had ordered and they gave me some chicken wings flavored that I do not want. I wanted Hawaii and garlic parmesan! and I got heaven what the other type flavor ! But I love my Wingstop ! 🤗💕“

“Used to be the worst location in San Antonio. Now, it’s improved so much, but I’m skeptical until I’ve had a few more visits. The worst scenario is when I ordered two hours in advance, but the workers made the order right when it showed up on the computer. They forgot the order was on the shelf, so I was waiting another hour and 15 to have them realize it was cold on the shelf. They fired all of those employees since.“

“Had a such a great experience I usually go to the one on West Ave since it’s closer but this is going to be my go to place worth the extra 15-20 min drive walking in we got welcome in and every other person who walked in were greeted. Staff were friendly and working hard this place was clean staff attended to the dirty table asap my boyfriend went and told the staff this was the best food and service we had at any Wingstop. Other places we see staff playing around playing loud music not paying attention to customers. Keep up the great work and kudos“

“First visit to Wingstop and it definitely won't be my last! Had 4 types of boneless wings flavored w/barbeque sauce, Hawaiian flavors, spicy & tangy sauce and lemon pepper. They were all delicious, but lemon pepper stole the show. Loved the skin on fries that went great with their ranch dressing. Cost was a bit pricey, but well worth the happy belly I got on a special occasion ??“

“I just want to acknowledge the manager on charge on Wednesday, May 7 at 6:45 PM. I called in an order over the phone and asked if they would be able to take my order and bring it out to me as I had broke my foot and it would be hard for me to carry the food out of the store. She was very helpful. Took my order over the phone, took my payments and then brought me my order Service was fast and friendly 10 thumbs up for great service. I believe her name was Sydney.. “I’ve been to several Wingstop locations, but this one is by far the cleanest I’ve visited! I was pleasantly surprised, especially considering the location’s past history when it housed a Little Caesars. The atmosphere was fantastic, and Michael, the manager, was incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service, making sure our experience was top-notch from start to finish. The playlist was so good we even had to ask what radio station it was on!“

“Worth the delivery wait! I originally placed an order through the Wingstop website then got confirmation that the driver was on the way. The driver was in the same spot for about an hour. I was pretty upset and called the store to see what could be done. They ended up resending the order out again instead of refunding. Shortly after the original driver showed up 2 hours late and had a sorry excuse. The food was clearly tampered with and I was missing a tender. I didn’t bother to eat it and threw it away. This wasn’t a problem that the store made and I’m so thankful the next driver came in clutch! Food was great!“

“Employees here are always attentive manager as well she does stop to attend to customers needs. The Employees do know to attend when they see a customer that needs help. I seen cooks help out with drinks and even helped the cashiers with making sure we get our food while it hot and fresh. I definitely been here a few times and seen everyone getting along and making sure customers come first. Music is always on point. I enjoy the drive just to get to this location. I'll continue to keep making the trip to this location.“

“I’ve been going to this Wingstop since it opened. I’m salty that a year later it gets busy. I hate waiting in line.

That being said I stand in line and it takes about 2 minutes to get my order till I can GTFO.
