“We hosted a private small dinner for close friends and family and hired Campos Catering. We had a 12 oz bone in ribeye with a shrimp skewer, chargrilled asparagus, garlic mashed potatoes, dinner salad, with wine. We were pleased with the quality and taste of the food. The ribeye seemed to be over 12oz! It was delicious! We loved the service of the food and wine! We will definitely hire them for future events! I would highly recommend Campos Catering!“

“Ordered from them tonight at the Backyard Eatery Carnival. The person who took my order was super friendly. She texted me when my order was ready and I picked it up and took it home. It was fantastic. I’m often disappointed with food trucks, so I’m very excited when one really comes through. The food was absolutely delicious and I will look for them in the future.“

“We have visited this restaurant since they opened doors. The brisket and turkey is amazing and the staff is friendly. HOWEVER, they may be getting too popular for their own good. The last few times we've gone, we arrived before doors opened, waiting in line for over an hour and by the time we made it inside, almost everything was sold out. We ended up having to settle for the burgers, which were not worth the wait.🥺 Hopefully, they increase production at this establishment OR open more locations because we really like this place.“
