I stated it wouldt taste the same if it wasnt incorporated all at once. She insisted She couldnt nake Another pizza due to her inventory Audit. i asked if no exceptions could be made. her answer was No. i Canxelled my entire order of $25.96 and THEY LOST A CUSTOMER!! Sorry, But it all comes down to CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MAKING THE CUSTOMER HAPPY. Not making another 13.99 pizza made you loose more than than a lot more Orders in the future.“

“I felt like eating chicken and went to Church's chicken in San Juan. I ordered my 3 pc mixed combo. Was greeted by a very friendly lady. She repeated my order with a smile gave me my change and then my drink and stated my food would be out shortly. She gave me a warm smile and handed me my food. It was delicious!!! Thank you folks. Am very glad I don't have to go to another town to get Church's !!!“

“They have messed up on my orders, they have gotten things wrong when it comes to the food or whether it should be delivery or carryout. But these things happen everywhere, what makes the difference and what keeps me constantly coming back to this location and not order from another pizza place is the outstanding customer service coming from the management and employees. They realize they make the mistake and they always make it right, even when I dont ask. So I will continue to keep coming back even with the mistakes. Guest service always makes the difference. 5 stars“
