“I ordered a Deluxe pizza No italian sausage but with Steak. They forgot to add the steak, they were just going to Add steak on top. I stated it wouldt taste the same if it wasnt incorporated all at once. She insisted She couldnt nake Another pizza due to her inventory Audit. i asked if no exceptions could be made. her answer was No. i Canxelled my entire order of $25.96 and THEY LOST A CUSTOMER!! Sorry, But it all comes down to CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MAKING THE CUSTOMER HAPPY. Not making another 13.99 pizza made you loose more than than a lot more Orders in the future.“

“Picked up 5 pc chicken! The food was fresh, biscuit nice and warm, and jalapeno cheese bombers were nice and spicy. It was 😋...Also Ms. Rosie who prepared my meal to go, was very friendly and greeted me with a smile. Thank you!!! 😃 😊“

“They have messed up on my orders, they have gotten things wrong when it comes to the food or whether it should be delivery or carryout. But these things happen everywhere, what makes the difference and what keeps me constantly coming back to this location and not order from another pizza place is the outstanding customer service coming from the management and employees. They realize they make the mistake and they always make it right, even when I dont ask. So I will continue to keep coming back even with the mistakes. Guest service always makes the difference. 5 stars“

“The wings I ordered did not appear fresh, and the fries were also not freshly cooked. When I mentioned the fries didn't taste fresh, it was as if the staff put them back in the fryer and claimed they were fresh. I also noticed that the oil seemed old, which might have contributed to the poor taste. The restaurant's cleanliness was also a concern, as it appeared dirty. Furthermore, I was distracted by the staff's behavior, as they were throwing items into the trash from about 15 feet away, resembling a game of basketball. The staff seemed to be mostly young people, and while I believe everyone deserves a chance to learn and grow, today's visit didn't meet my expectations. I have pictures of the fries that day and then pictures of another business' fries,because my wife was left wanting fries from not eating the ones we bought at your location. They were day and night. We usually choose Wing Barn over other wing places by far, but like I mentioned before already, todays visit wasn't to our expectations.“
