“Only reason why I only gave 3 stars on service was due to the lengthy delay (over 30 minutes) in providing us our meals in the Drive-thru.

The server accidentally blurted out the delay wad because our meals had to be remade because they were accidentally given off to another customer.“

“I had a rough day and was already stressed when I realized my order from Church’s Chicken was missing my biscuits. As soon as I walked in, Rose, the manager, was incredibly kind and helpful. Despite my frustration, she was empathetic and really made me feel heard. Not only did she ensure I got fresh biscuits, but she also gave me a free tea, which is one of my favorites! Her customer service was top-notch and completely turned my day around. On top of that, the chicken was delicious—fresh and crispy as always. Thanks to Rose’s outstanding service, I’ll definitely be returning to this specific Church’s Chicken location. Highly recommend!“

“Delighted with this new branch since it is still very clean, well-kept and the service is fast. Friendly staff. The dining space is a little small but it works well. Very clean bathrooms. I think people who take children to eat should be kind enough to clean the table and chairs because they leave a mess everywhere and more people come to eat, poor people who clean, so much responsibility. It has ample parking“

“They have messed up on my orders, they have gotten things wrong when it comes to the food or whether it should be delivery or carryout. But these things happen everywhere, what makes the difference and what keeps me constantly coming back to this location and not order from another pizza place is the outstanding customer service coming from the management and employees. They realize they make the mistake and they always make it right, even when I dont ask. So I will continue to keep coming back even with the mistakes. “I had one of the best sandwiches in a LONG time. It was picture perfect! Toasty buns, warm meat, nicely PORTIONED something that other subways always made sure to skimp on. Ladies were super nice, overall fast and clean place. Ima make this my store.“
